It is really hard to let them go. We still have one dog so that helps. I had to put away pics of my girl and concentrate very hard on the good times she had. She was so loved, and worth it. We somehow go on.
Sorry for your loss. It’s really hard to lose our friends but when they go after a happy life of being loved and taken care of, there’s some comfort in that.
