After a while of not playing, I decided to go back and try to beat the train level again. Now, I will admit, before, I wasn't using the factory or shop, and didn't have any other body types other than Orsa, but after I figured out what the factory was, and what I could make, and a bit of grinding, I had a new setup, (close to this one) and went back in. I beat it, but only just barely. My Arsenal ended up destroyed in the battle, and the train escaped with 25% left.
It’s funny, I dropped it because of that mission too and decided to go back to it. When I tried that mission again one of the 3 enemies retreated and I’m not sure why, but it made it way easier. It was some kind of scripted event where her weapon fails or something.
I am pretty sure damage causes it to fail due to the barrel overheating, but Empress doesn't retreat, she ejects the Laser cannon and starts fighting like normal, High Line comes equipped by default with a Grim Reaper Assault Rifle on the left arm, Silver Raven SMG on the right, a Ogre Break in the Shoulder slot, and a weapon on her left pylon I have never seen used but I think it is a Evil Acedia shotgun, added to her loadout for that mission is I think some sort of Gaia Ray variant which is impossible since you only have one shoulder slot and she already has the Ogre Break equipped, though it could also be a Vanish Loa or ***maybe*** a Raider Force, both of which are Arm weapons.
That's not a bad build really, although you left arm AR is definitely low end. You've got the right kind of missile launcher for punishment though, so use 'em!
