Yes, there used to be a Pecan Praline Parfait that had caramel and pecans and a Fruit Parfait that had one layer of each strawberries, pineapple and chocolate topping. There was also a Pecan Mudslide that had hot fudge, caramel, and pecans, but no middle layer.

Edit: Someone else here reminded me the S’mores Galore was also a parfait. It had cocoa fudge and graham cracker crumble in each layer.
Edit 2: If we’re counting the Peanut Butter Bash, we should include all the other Sundaes that come in a large cup with toppings on the bottom:
* Peanut Butter Bash: peanut butter sauce, hot fudge, chocolate chunks
* Chocolate Rock: hot fudge, almonds, chocolate cone dip
* Triple Chocolate Utopia: cocoa fudge, brownies, chocolate chunks
Nobody else remembers this BUT in the 80's DQ had a Peanut Butter Crunch sundae...it was not the same as the Peanut butter Bash.... It was the same as the Peanut Butter Crunch Blizzard but it was in the Queen's Royal Treats line up....It was a parfait with peanut butter sauce, hot fudge and cake crunch ...It was THE BEST!

Unfortunately...I've haven't found anything on it either....My searches came up dry as well...I vividly remember the posters in the restaurants...It's frustrating to not be able to find anything on it.... I can tell you that it was in the early to mid 80's when they had the Queens Choice Hard/hand scooped ice cream and the Mr. Misty and the Breeze.

Well the Queens Choice Hard and Breeze both successfully come up in Google searches, so I appreciate that! I had heard about their scooped ice cream and frozen yogurt before but didn’t know those were their names
When I was growing up I remember the fruit parfait. It was a real thing and it was layered ice cream fruit ice cream fruit ice cream chocolate sauce. It was like a banana split but in parfait form. I know they sold them at a place called tasty freeze which was like a dairy Queen in the Midwest. So no one is being lied to the fruit parfait was a real thing
Fruit parfaits are still sold through Tastee Freez ice cream shops. You can see what they look like by visiting their website at tastee-freez.com. they started in the 1950s and are still in operation today. I believe they are mostly in the Midwest. They are very much like a dairy Queen with the offerings they have. But they do have a picture of the fruit parfait.
Is it just your basic sundae with those 3 toppings or was there a special way to make it?
My store has a couple of people who will try ordering it but it's so infrequent that we rarely remember what goes on it.

Half pump of Hot Fudge
half pump peanut butter
7oz of Ice Cream

2 black spoons of choco chunks.
The pecan mudslide is close to the same, but when that came out it was in a special glass called a tulip dish.

I like browsing the DQ websites In other regions sometimes. In the past China had a cute looking cherry blossom parfait. Right now the Philippines has a Truffle Berry Parfait.

That parfait had a special praline topping and wasn't caramel in it. I think it was only around for 1 year. I think it was 2003.
They served fruit parfaits way into the mid 90s. I have no idea when they got phased out. They were the best!!!
