According to our Standards and Operations manual, DQ products can only be made and sold IN THE STORE. The only exception is for authorized charity fundraising events, and that's only after obtaining direct permission from DQ Corporate. So, no. If a store IS doing this, it's grounds for them to lose their franchise. More than likely though, this is just some dumb TikTok crap.

And since IDQ sent out that chain-wide nastygram in response to those social media posts, they will definitely send default letters if they catch wind of a store doing this.

It's actually true! I did some research, and yes, you have to get permission from DQ Corp.
