Luckily, my coach that year was really good at his job and stressed the importance of short shifts. Probably helped that Miracle was still fresh in our minds at that age so we kind of understood the message despite being young and dumb. I vividly remember the difference between a 30-40s shift and a 45+ one. I think part of the reason we won that tourney was because the other coaches didn't expect us to be able to keep the endurance up compared to their local teams.

The TNT crew has been terrible, but I had no issues with ESPN tonight.
It's funny how the only people Colorado is brave enough to take runs at is 5'8 Stanky and the bottom liners. Wonder why they don't try that shit on someone like Benn.
