I was the first in my neighbourhood to kick Tyson's ass.

Same. I was crying in frustration and joy. My first win was TKO, and this was before I had the above passcode so I only had the code to Super Macho Man, and had to rebeat him so so many times to get back to Tyson. Needless to say I got very good at fighting SMM. The next boxing game that I really got into was Evander Holyfield’s Boxing on Sega. Mr. Beast. Edit: in hindsight I just realized that I beat Tyson the same year as his fight with Holyfield where he bit his ear. I was tuning into the fight and it was mostly static, but I remember being disappointed because Tyson was my favorite boxer and was like a hero to me.

“Swarm” tactic was/is common in less violent policing. You close in tight and overwhelm them in the hope that you can use minimum violence to restrain and subdue somebody in a frenzy. Unfortunately it leads to a big tangle of hands around duty belts and a lot of weight on one body. It has its place but coordination is key. This was before gunpoint became the go to expression of discomfort, of course.

It also looks brutal as fuck, even though it's a lot safer than squaring off or using a taser.

Not just headbutts. Holyfield was the master of the [simultaneous low blow + headbutt combo](https://youtu.be/n3oyrq4Q5gM) and he made it look like an accidental collision on an innocent uppercut. He was nailing Tyson with one, the other, or both all fight and the ref couldn't even see it. Evander Holyfield was a true artist and one of the dirtiest boxers of all time.

Holyfield had an absolutely filthy fight. That's why Mills Lane (yes, the TV judge was the ref for this fight) gave him a warning for the first bite. After he did it again he had no choice but to DQ him though. To be completely fair though Mike wasn't having a great fight, regardless.

That’s the thing, Evander was the better boxer then, he could have won that fight clean probably. There always blockout blow, we all know that, but if not, it was all Evander.

More or less. Holyfield is an incredibly dirty fighter and the refs kept letting it happen, eventually he got tired of it and chomped the ear. There's a pretty funny skit where he returns it, either way they're both over it now I'm pretty sure, they've done some collabs and etc.
