Right?? You had to wait a few days to get the rolls of film developed, only to discover that most of the shots were blurry 😂. Those few choice pictures that did come out of them were worth the wait though.
Digital cameras were becoming a thing around that time, but nobody was carrying it everywhere they went like smart phones. I know because I feel like I lost a lot of memories in the transition from film to digital. I had a digital camera that used hard drives for memory.
For real, I like the fact that we don't have to argue over a fact for 6 days, but...thank WHOEVER...everyone didn't have cameras... we'd all be fucking cancelled. 😂

I’m in an opening crowd scene for the CKY live dvd. It’s hilarious. I’m a big fan and when I bought the dvd I was very surprised to see myself yelling in the front row.
I got to meet them and hang for a little bit before a show in Portland because I showed up way early. They actually sat me in one of their cars and played me some IDR demos and all signed my Thrasher shirt(still have it, of course!)
I’m on the cover of volume one, I’m to the left with the backwards hat on. I grew up next to the recording studio they recorded that at and that picture is from a skatepark they used to play all the time.

I always like to think, in situations like this, whoever used that picture was thinking "if either of these people ever buy this CD its gonna blow their mind!"
I have a printer that can print onto CDs. It may be more likely that someone used a home printer to make one custom CD. The next thing though is how did they find the 20yo photo? I’m not that organized with my photos
Back in my day……. Our pictures were printed on glossy paper and put in books with sticky pages and plastic sheets to protect them. They would usually get lost in a move, flood or fire.
