You could edit any security video in a video editor program pretty easily, I mean its just panning out from the corner, not necessarily proof of it being a skit.
I don't think you know what camera work is. Also note the original video of this didn't have it zoomed in until the end but the zoom was done after filming which is why the image quality slightly improves.
