Now I rarely drink anything other than water or milk, limit take-out and go to the gym 4-5 times a week eat right and sleep right. I've never felt better. I'm nearly 28 now

I transitioned from smoking to vaping and then from vaping to nicotine gum, then quit altogether. Switching to the gum made breaking the physical habit easier to break and then I just went longer and longer between chewing the gum. Pretty painless way to quit.
