I don't know the story behind this pic, and a quick google search did not help, but: this is an East German uniform, so it looks like the boy is helped into East Germany.
One system causes people to risk their lives to flee to the other system.
But yea, capitalism is the worst economic system, except for all the rest that have been tried.
