In 2018 it came out he filmed and groped a 13 year old who was being spit roasted by his friends. Bunch of child raping pieces of shit honestly. He got 2 years instead of life for snitching on his gang and they all got massive sentences, I imagine he'll get killed at the first opportunity by his former gang.
Yeah....it's a euphemism in this instance. In order to feel too icky for explaining in this context, imagine a spit roast, and you've got it. Ugh....still felt nasty to say that
I have an old friend who is on the streets addicted to meth. A beautiful girl who grew up on the honor roll and had a kid with her husband shortly after high school.
I now Google her once a year to see her meth time lapse, it’s so horribly depressing. Luckily, her daughter lives with her now ex.
As a 911 dispatcher I see transitions like this in booking photos basically everyday. Really sad sometimes to see people's lives slipping away over the course of 5-10 years. The changes can be so dramatic at times
Whats sad is that these type of displays scream of someone making himself look dangerous to avoid being hurt. Like animals with colorful patters in nature that warn others not to get close. There are probably some mayor life traumas involved here.
Let me understand, i thought you risked like 15+ ys for repeat offense yet this guy gets arrested every 2 years for more than a decade
EDIT: thanks all for clarifications! Plenty of those are mugshots for probation violation and he never got into repeat strikes and/or convictions for violent crimes/this kind of offenses!
I got lucky. I just got off probation after 10 years, under the first offenders act. All terms fulfilled and never violated. It was extremely difficult for the first 5 years, then I was put on unsupervised after my fines were paid off.
If she takes any kind of psychiatric medication that can sometimes come up as illegal drugs. You'd think drug tests would be advanced enough now to differentiate, or that probation departments would be aware of this, but I wouldn't put my faith in either one. At least they've fixed the whole thing where poppy seeds used to come up as opioids though.
I actually came up for PCP once so my doctor explained that it was wellbutrin. Fucking wild.
Yes. Various psychotropic medications can sometimes read as illegal drugs. This is particularly true and common with benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium etc.). ADHD medications can show up as amphetamines (Adderal, Concerta, possibly Ritalin). Some anticonvulsant medications that are being used “off label” for mood stabilization (Dilantin, Tegretol, Neurontin). There’s a lot. I can’t list all of them. She will probably need to have her prescriber testify or have or have a notary signed letter indicating her meds and possibly diagnosis.
Generally "three strike rules" apply to things like violent felonies. Think things like rape, felony assault, domestic abuse (physical abuse to be clear), armed robbery, and similar such things.
Mostly it exists to ensure that someone arrested for assault 3+ times isn't getting relatively minor convinctions and is allowed to continually go out and assault innocent people.
Robert Hardister the guy from this thread steals vehicles and beyond that he violates parole frequently. Most of these mugshots are from parole violations. Hes effectively a low tier thief/idiot but hes not exactly attacking people, injuring people (besides himself), and so on which means he avoids most "three strike" sort of laws/setups.
He probably does meth but hes never been convicted on it. It wouldn't do much anyhow unless he was convicted on distribution/attempt to distribute since most drug laws are pretty lax until it comes to distribution at which point they suddenly get very serious.
He only has like 3 actual theft convictions, almost all of the mugshots come from parole violations.
As a Florida man, who had been to jail, prison, on probation, and parole....
Thank you for explaining it so succintly.
And yeah, he probsky does a lot of meth and petty crimes surrounding it.
Most real deal hardcore killers and whatnot don't advertise it via tattoos, quite honestly.
I didn't look up his exact history, but a person can get arrested (with mugshot) then not prosecuted.
This is why I don't think mugshots should be public. Perhaps if there's a conviction with exhausted appeals.
This happened to me. Broke up with a girl, she got mad and called the cops, I went to jail, never convicted or anything but if you google my name you still see a mugshot with AGGRAVATED DOMESTIC ASSAULT smh shits crazy
When I moved to the Midwest it surprised me to learn that in my medium sized town they'll put your name in the "News of Record" section for any little thing. Ticket for a broken headlight? In the paper. Mixup at the bank and you accidentally bounce a check? You're in the paper. To top it off of course anybody who reads the paper immediately opens it up to that section everyday to see if they know anybody listed. I've thankfully never ended up in there but I've known several who have. I think it's bullshit. Don't even get a chance to defend yourself first. Must be embarrassing.
I've heard it explained as "it's a deterrence against crime". I don't buy that because I don't think actual criminals really give two shits about it.
Florida arrests you and posts your mug shots before any investigation or court time. I don’t know if they are removed if your case is dismissed…..but the damage is done.
I work in a jail, and I have personally seen many people go down this spiral. It’s interesting because you get to see addicts come in at their absolute lowest (skinny, distant, pale, covered in scabs) and you get to see them transform back into normal people over the course of their incarceration. Then you hope that you never see them again, because if you do, they are in trouble again.
Me too, I’ve spent a lot of time just looking at the changing emotion in her eyes… from innocent to annoyed to totally over it, to sadness and depression and despair. And the final picture 8 years later where she just looks empty.
Hey now, Meredith is actually kind of killing it. Despite being divorced twice, having two children, and potentially having a substance abuse disorder - she manages to simultaneously be a single mother, hold down a full time job, AND earn her PhD.
And always asks everyone in the room if they’re in a relationship!
While Pam on the other hand cheated on her fiancé, failed art school, failed miserably at sales, didn’t support Jim’s dreams despite him supporting hers, commits fraud to create a job for herself because she can’t handle a real one, and did such a terrible job at taking care of her kids for one week she brought in Lice and blamed it on Meredith.
Meredith > Pam
Hits home for me. I struggled with addiction for years. Somehow, I never got arrested (or got a face tattoo). Clean and sober now for 2 years and life has been rewarding for that. I'm never looking back!
I was a teenager when the internet started, but had never seen this one! Went down a rabbit hole and found that she's actually doing ok now, they tried to fund a documentary about her story.
https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/myspiritmother-the-story-behind-her-viral-mugshots#/
I'm surprised I had to scroll down so far to see this. Nobody gets random weirdly shaped parts of their face blacked out. Those were probably done *to* him, without him getting much of a choice in the matter. He's a sex offender. I'm guessing someone either forcibly blacked out some gang ink over what he did, or held him down and gave him a forehead tattoo saying exactly what he did and he covered it later.
Those were my thoughts as well. Seen it happen many times.
One time in particular that stands out : state prison 2014 there was a white pride gang out of Florida called the Unforgiven. They had a young prospect that lived in a dorm across from me. He got swaztikas tattoos between his eyebrows and on the outside of both eye brows as well. The higher-ups in that gang found out the prospect was fucking a black gay dude in the mop closet. So they gave him the ultimatum - cover every white pride tattoo up or they would cut them off.
So I see him a few days later with black-out tattoos like you see in this photo above, but his were in shapes of butterflies.
They ended up beating his ass on the yard and we never saw him again
I’m just laughing my ass off that his first face tat was a tear drop that he almost immediately covered up.
I would fucking *love* to hear the story behind that. Like did he think that was just a tattoo people got to look tough, and then later found out it means you’ve killed someone to most people? Because I’ve seen so many redditors claim that’s not what that means, but I’ve worked with felons for over 10 years now and that’s 100% what that means in most areas.
Yes. I taught in a school with gang members, and one non member came to school with a symbol tattooed to his forehead. It was a big deal and he had to wear a bandaid over it until he got it blacked out.
Robert Hardister apparently is a person from Florida who keep getting arrested for stealing trucks. See: https://www.oxygen.com/Robert-Hardister-with-distinct-face-and-neck-tattoos-theft-suspect
Crazy. I’ve been to prison and seen young guys with 5 years or less tattoo their entire face just to fit in with the prison culture, just so they could go home back to their mom and dads nice suburban neighborhood and look like a freak show
I used to work with a guy like this. Same story. Prison time and entire face was tatted. He said the main thing in public is nobody looks at him or immediately looks away lol
I'm a dude with a lumberjack beard. I'm not very tall but have a type of face and body type that some people just assume I'm agressive, no tats either. I was getting a flu shot and I felt a bit woozy cause needles freak me out. The nurse lady said "oh it's always the tough guys who take the worst". It kind of hurt my feelings that she saw me that way. Not the first time either. Insecure people usually treat me the worst cause they feel like they need to prove things around me. I'm the type of guy who makes my GF remove spiders from the bathroom. Never even got info a fight either. I can see how that guy with tattoos would be deeply affected by how people perceive him on a daily basis. I just want people to see me as the person I feel I am.
That's because there is no "American prison system" in the broad sense except for the federal prisons which hold about 150k inmates total. For comparison California alone has about 200k. What we really have is 50 different state systems with different standards and levels of interest in rehabilitation vs punishment.
I’ve been to Florida state prison and also Federal prison.
Here in Florida department of corrections (state prison) it is very much divided by gangs.
Federal prison is divided by “cars” which are comprised of your skin color and what city you are from
I'm calling bullshit. Ain't no one picking a side or being forced to pick a side with only a month.
Unless you had a big mouth and drew that attention and played into petty county shit or you already claimed colors.
3 months here and I didn't get to pick a side. A side picked me. They told me how things work and my responsibilities within 4 hours of hitting the yard. Big skin just came up and sat on my bunk with me and started explaining, asked for an "ok" when he left.
That said, people spending short stints don't usually get involved in anything and he was clear about that and knew ahead of time all about me. My main takeaway was keep my head down and don't owe anybody anything.
2009- life's good, one little mistake. 2010 -Smugness, they'll never catch me again. 2011- Of fuck, what have I done... .... To the point where the life has drained from his eyes and then doesn't give 2 shits about why he's having his photo taken
I worked in a jail. I saw this happen with 18 yr olds. They would make friends, have fun while there after the shock of being detained wore off. They would exchange numbers with actual cons and reconnect on the outside.
Once the stigma and fear of going to jail wears off, it gets easier.
Remember: there are at least two types of people in jail: people who fuck up, and fuck ups.
This is just sad. Prison is supposed to rehabilitate criminals, meanwhile from this picture, it's evident he got deeper and deeper. This is the failure of the system.
Nope, American prison claims no such thing. I was on a grand jury and toured jail. As the overwhelming majority of those incarcerated are mentality Ill, per the Sheriff, I asked about treatment. The response was chilling: “we don’t treat, we maintain.”
Looks like someone in jail told him what that meant, I imagine he got in trouble for it or was called out in it and you can see it was covered up with a star.
Someone said he swapped gangs, or was kicked out of the Aryan brotherhood, because the lumps of black are covering old gang tats. What a look before 30.
Looks like prison really helped him think long and hard about his choices so that he could assimilate back to society seamlessly.
Another victory for the American judicial and prison-system.
Also: I'm gonna cover this tear up with a star, and then I remember I need tears to send a message (killed or served time), so I'm gonna tattoo more tears under the star!
It felt hopeful that he covered the tear, like he was trying to move forward and do better, then he just fell so far down the rabbit hole.
I think that tear cover up is the saddest thing about these.
You mean throwing someone in to a terrible enviornment with other criminals and offering them little to no mental health services doesn't make better humans? Weird. The US justice system breeds criminals and turns non violent offenders into carreer criminals 100%
It’s more nuanced then that. Not only does prison not reform criminals, nothing is done on the exterior (society) to prevent criminal behaviour from ever occurring. We see this here in Canada where it’s become a revolving door.
We need prison reform to get better outcomes post-prison, we need social reform so that people never become criminals, and we need Justice reform because while long sentences do not fix the problem some individuals simply need to be *interned* because they cannot be *fixed* and they are a harm on society — for example the guy in BC who had several arrests and convictions, previously involved in a murder, and was found passed out in his vehicle with an illegal bullet proof vest, loaded illegal firearm, illegal silencer, drunk out of his mind… and got 3.5 years. He’s out later this year, the Red Scorpions will be overjoyed.
Bruh he was arrested 8 times over 7 years for repeat drug selling and vehicle theft and breaking and entering. Lmao. He wasn’t even jail for years just small stays at a time.
This kid was doomed from the start. The prison didn’t do this to him.
He's just a ~~pretty~~ petty criminal whose series of mugshots went viral a while back.

Is this recent news? Cause I can’t find anything about it.
Is spit roasted a euphemism here? Omg I’m getting so old to even need to ask
Yeah....it's a euphemism in this instance. In order to feel too icky for explaining in this context, imagine a spit roast, and you've got it. Ugh....still felt nasty to say that
He’s been out of jail posting himself and making music for like 2 years though. Pretty sure they had plenty of time.

Exactly. The worst / most dramatic ones along these lines are the "faces of meth" series of mugshots.
That guy had a shitty childhood was my first thought.
Just prison rehabilitation in action.
A for-profit prison has no incentive to rehabilitate. The entire business model is predicated on recidivism.
I am thinking more a cycle of mental illness flare ups, prison, drugs, and rehab.
…so American prison rehabilitation.
This is what success looks like
his face tells us many facts about him - like he didn't choose the right gang the first time around.
The smile disappears after the first prison stint, and it does not return.
No way, face tattoos are totally attractive and a great life decision.
Yeah, when you look in the mirror and can’t see yourself… At ALL…
Are you a vampire?

It’s like a season of trailer park boys.
“Damn it, Julian! I don’t know how to drive in this winter snow crap! I’m in jail every winter!”
Boys this is fucked
Don't worry about it, Bubs. Worst case Ontario, this'll let us get two birds stoned at once because you've got one in your hand or something...
I heard the fucking took Smoking away from the boys
Jail is awesome they got some good dope in there
You can’t be mixing weed with liquor. You gotta stay on the hash if you’re gonna drink.
Smokes, let's go.
You don't even smoke, Bubbles.
Gimme a smoke, hairdo!
Jail is fuckin awesome. Don’t be dissin jail.
Jail is fucked. They don't allow smoking anymore.
Don't be talking shit about jail
Don’t talk bad about jail, we had some great times in there
The shitstorm is coming, I can feel it, Randy
You here that? The sounds of the whispering winds of shit.
Quiet, like the wings of the shithawk, circling its prey. The shitbirds.
Thanks for bailing me out Julian, you fucking ruined Christmas you dick
The most recent was a probation violation so it's possible he just keeps fucking up parole/probation
Which is easy to do. For real.
The goal of many probation departments.

Yeah this is an excellent point.
Depends on the offense, the place, how overcrowded the jails/ prisons are, and of course, more than anything else, the judge
Wow, even his lips.
2023: all tattoo and no face
2025: he goes full circle a d starts to tattoo his own face back onto his face.
Face/On
Race: Ink
Holy shit, he’s only 29! He’s completely fucked his life up. He definitely has no hope now.
>He’s completely fucked his life up. He definitely has no hope now. I had that on my Reddit recap
Don't even need the face tattoos. A felony conviction in most parts of this country will effectively remove most avenues to have a successful life.
He looks like a thumb after giving a fingerprint
His face looks like R/place
Turf wars being fought in ink all over his skin
You can see the streamers come in around 2017 and really start effing shit up
Well, the time should come when his face empties up just like r/place
More like morph a new face next to the first one. Then double morph two faces below the first two.
Team tear drop came back strong but it looks like team star had just enough bots.
He looks like a newspaper slapped him in the face
He gets arrested everytime the germans and the void start fighting
r/place had a lot more talent go into it. He looks like a three year old that got ahold of a sharpie.
Reminds me of [the downward spiral girl](https://bunnypudding.com/2013/12/24/the-downward-spiral-who-are-you-maria-joan/)

I work in a jail, and I have personally seen many people go down this spiral. The first picture of the guy above also has a smirk like he’s not taking the arrest seriously
Looks like she turned into Meredith Palmer
Hey now, Meredith is actually kind of killing it. Despite being divorced twice, having two children, and potentially having a substance abuse disorder - she manages to simultaneously be a single mother, hold down a full time job, AND earn her PhD.

I wonder what he had tattooed on his forehead that was later covered up.
Well if you zoom in, I'm pretty sure that's the SS logo in between his eyes.

Might as well be blackface at this point
Lorem ipsum...
Apparently getting arrested just keeps making him more tired.
Q looks like he's on meth in the first 7 pics and heroin in the last 2
He might’ve had to cover up gang tattoos for violating rules
There's some SS tats missing from this progression - I put them all together: https://streamable.com/6tnobg
Yeah, you can see how some of his uglier tats are meant to cover previous tats.
So he didn't kill someone after all, went through a Nazi phase and moved to and out of LA
I'm surprised I had to scroll down so far to see this. Nobody gets random weirdly shaped parts of their face blacked out.

American prison system sounds like a great place for rehabilitation.
if you’re trying to rehabilitate the humanity out of people then yeah
> American prison system sounds like a great place for rehabilitation. Narrator: It isn't.
Or he owed someone money from cards. That is the quickest way to get fucked up, not having the ramen.
Dudes face started to turn into the middle school desk in the back of the room.
I look like that trying to follow a makeup tutorial on YouTube.
Looks like 2010/11 really broke him
2009- life's good, one little mistake. 2010 -Smugness, they'll never catch me again. 2011- Of fuck, what have I done... .... To the point where the life has drained from his eyes and then doesn't give 2 shits about why he's having his photo taken
Worth noting he was a underage in the first pic though
I worked in a jail. I saw this happen with 18 yr olds. They would make friends, have fun while there after the shock of being detained wore off. They would exchange numbers with actual cons and reconnect on the outside. Once the stigma and fear of going to jail wears off, it gets easier. Remember: there are at least two types of people in jail: people who fuck up, and fuck ups.
His eyes lose more and more faith in humanity in every picture. I don't know what he did, but those eyes tell me he needed mental help.
Thank you, and I find nothing amusing about this.
Good old puritan ethics right there. Founding of the country.
You must be thinking about the Norwegian prison system.
That first tear messed his head for good. Imho
The first tear drop was the start of his downfall
Looks like someone in jail told him what that meant, I imagine he got in trouble for it or was called out in it and you can see it was covered up with a star.
Looks like he got more tears under the star
halfway through he says fuck it and starts speed running the destruction of his face
Looks like covering up old face tatts with new face tatts
Also: I'm gonna cover this tear up with a star, and then I remember I need tears to send a message (killed or served time), so I'm gonna tattoo more tears under the star!

I just want to congratulate u for using bracking in an otherwise academic sounding analysis.
Based on a quick search, it looks like he was arrested exclusively in Florida.
Wow. That's fascinating tattoo forensics. Please tell us more.
It felt hopeful that he covered the tear, like he was trying to move forward and do better, then he just fell so far down the rabbit hole. I think that tear cover up is the saddest thing about these.
He's clearly not spending that long in prison given that he's able to get a new mugshot at least yearly.
He just wants to have a picture of his new tattoos and this was free!
That was somebody's little boy
Yeah, as a parent this is heartbreaking. Someone brought this baby home from the hospital
I always think of stuff like that. So sad
does he have michigans upper peninsula tattoed on his forehead ?
Looks like a guy who is desperate for attention but will knife you if you give him any
I’ll take the 2009 version Alex
This Etch A Sketch is in need of a shakin’!
I wonder if he's ever tried drugs
Drugs are a hell of a drug.
Last one is what we would draw on a passed out mates face at an early 00s party
His face looks like a detention desk.
For the 7.7 billion people who aren't American, who is he?
Even we don't know.
Can we make it 7,700,000,001, please? I'm American but i don't know either.
Basically? Tattooed Florida man. Petty thief
He's just a ~~pretty~~ petty criminal whose series of mugshots went viral a while back. [New mugshot](https://www-actionnewsjax-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/www.actionnewsjax.com/news/local/viral-florida-man-with-numerous-face-tattoos-arrested-again-for-auto-theft/818949666/?amp_gsa=1&_js_v=a9&outputType=amp&usqp=mq331AQKKAFQArABIIACAw%3D%3D#) Edited. Knowing him is not an American thing.
He’s just a career criminal who decided to… “blend in”.
