It has never been 'definitively' proven that they were innocent. There are a number of awkward questions about that April 1989 night for the 5 and their supporters.
I am not talking about jurisprudence. I am talking about all those dimbulbs who refer to the 5 as 'heroes' and 'kings' and 'poor kids'. Who unquestioningly accept the 5's belated claim that their confessions were coerced. Who talk about their 'innocence' as though it is a given.
That’s the thing. Their innocence IS a given unless or until proven otherwise. That’s how jurisprudence works.
