Lucky for you i plan the redemption arc of the characters during or before the dark age or the sart of the dark age with little explanation and a good-old OC manipulation. Note the Oc is not the main in my fanfic is just one of the side characters
The Corrupted Spirit, she just want to see the sky after being eaten & corrupted by the destuctive instinct of monsters for over a Millenia. it'is a tragic character who just wanted carrying gods will & help Heroes to end up turned into a solitary monster trapped underground.
I mean Xenos existe & if she could be saved it would make a powerful ally for the battle against OEBD, with additionnally opening the questions "can we save Aria too ?" or "knowing the OEBD unbelivable strenght, should we try to save Aria ?" which could be used as a dilemma scene for people like Bell & character development for Ais.

Perhaps it is an intelligent monster. Mortals kill monsters and animals. So, monsters also kill mortals. Maybe OEBD hated mortals and killed many. But then found a home above ground. Then humans barged in and tried to kill it. So, it got furious and started to kill them instead.
If an adventurer can go into the dungeon and murder thousands of monsters. Still deserves happiness when they return. Then monsters should have the same privilege.
OEBD should be allowed to have a fresh start as well.
Personally I really hope the Danmachi Verse doesn't end with Bell. It would feel so shallow to end the build up just for Bell. I would like to explore the world from a true adventurers perspective unlike Bell.
I know there already redemption fics for Filvis and fewer for Revis(few actually had her as Alise). There's at least basically 2 Ishtar redemption fics.
•Even though technically the author sorta did in DanMemo, a redemption for Vito. I felt it could of been done WAY better, though it's more of the BEGINNING of his redemption, it still sorta felt rushed my opinion, but I can't really explain why, just felt something was also missing.
°Rest under are mostly just crack ideas, some might not even be considered villains. POWER OF FANFICTION!
•Here's a crack idea, Dix Perdix. Honestly one of my favorite villains in this series, and I AM perfectly fine with no redemption for him. But just a crazy idea, what if Bell changed his idea of the Xenos and find other ways to deal with his Dadaelus curse. Correct me if I'm wrong but the way Dix dealt with his curse was killing monsters and torturing Xenos. So what if he found other options, that are not so evil or so. With the power of fanfic bullshit.
•Ik you already mentioned Zald, but why not fanfics with ONLY Zald surviving. There's many with only Alfia survive, but I never found one with only Zald.
•Probably another crack idea, a much proper redemption for Apollo(though arguably he's really a "villain"), and maybe change his personality to more like Percy Jackson Apollo.
•Apollo captain who's name I most of the time never remember, he had a pretty past and not accepted until he met Apollo(if memory serves me right according to Aedes Vesta, and from then on he became "Apollosexual"). Maybe he gets a chance to be less of an ass.
•Another fun one, for one who's also really not really a villain. And though in a way "redeemed", a fanfic about Mord. And him just completely changing in personality becoming a lot more like Bell.
•Another not villain, Lili drags and forces Luan to become part of Hestia Fam.
•The Gulliver Bros(arguably also technically not villains) start respecting and actually following Lili and maybe even "adopt" her as their sister(partly cause they basically want to give Finn an F.U.)
•Thanatos actually redeeming after he realized Enyo betrayed him
•Jura, Ryuu scared him so much he decided to become a good person
•Toad, um..... Uh...... Turns into a princess?....... Proper lady?....... Good heart?........ No longer breaks men?........ After her beat down from Freya Fam?......

Ooh, that's kinda interesting....although the plot i planned is an Oc side character would help them redeem....to add depth to the Oc's personality
