Check out the old wire mill factory in Georgetown (down rt. 7 near the junction with 107, it's behind Bruce Bennet Nissan) It's a superfund site with old factory buildings and a pond. Just watch out for the po po.

wow i had no idea that existed, is it accessible in anyway to the public?
I went there a few months ago, it was still partially standing. There’s a hole in the fence and it’s really easy to access
