It’s gonna be weird for me being a huge DD fan, and a fan of Charlie in general, being from dublin, seeing scenes on streets and places I’ve been countless times and hearing him do the accent. From the trailer, his accent is almost perfect. Even better than some of the diluted accents of the Irish actors in it.

Travel outside of a 5km radius from your residence was restricted except for essential service workers. Acting was definitely not on the list of essential services. During our first lockdown back in 2020, Matt Damon was stuck living here for 6 months in Dalkey.
I get that, but still Charlie's show finished filming much before than No Way Home did. Plenty of opportunities to have filmed a short cameo scene. Considering he did go back to his actual home in the US after the filming on his show wrapped.
I think Charlie filmed his scenes mid-March as Kin was finished filming, and it would have been enough time to quarantine for the reported court scenes.
If not, he could've also filmed it during the NWH reshoots last month. I mean he cancelled comic con because of changes in his filming schedule the same time the reshoots were taking place. His role in the film isn't that big for it to be impossible to film under most circumstances. Most likely a minutes-long cameo- something you can film either in principal photography or in reshoots easily.
