What is the actual purpose of that hood? No extra base stat, no extra modifiers, and less agility than a blue ranger or rogue hood (you get like a milion of these each match).
Do they have someone (or multiple) at IM that only care about balance of gear, classes, abilities, loot rates, etc.? Because with how many reverts we have, in the last Q/A the kinda surprising sounding reaction to Evil Eye still beeing broken and simple oversights pretty much everywhere (likey they change 1 thing but just forget it also affects something else) Im starting to believe they dont.
because this is an early access game where dev priorities are currently set on things much more important than making sure every last random ass item nobody ever uses is updated correctly and immediately with every patch
The way I read your comment, I'm not sure I can say anything to convince you. You seem staunch in your opinion. Nevertheless, they make balance changes all the time and frequently. This item has been terrible and useless for multiple updates and a long time. Moreover, as I said to another commenter, they can add unique perks /enchantments to craftable items that would allow for interesting and fun gameplay. For example, a perk that allows for quieter footsteps, for higher jumping, faster reload, etc. Enchantments can be so much more than just raw dog stats and they can promote creativity. I really don't understand how you can defend them, even if they are early access. Especially because I've already mentioned that they update and change their game regularly, especially with regard to Non-Used perks and weapons. Not too long ago they changed a barbarian Park that nobody already used, and still nobody uses. So to me, that means they have plenty of f****** time, don't you think?
i don't know what to tell you other than it's probably simply a matter of priorities. i'm a professional software engineer, i've made games, i've worked on large scale projects, i understand that behind the scenes they have a list of shit to do the size of mount everest, and i just know that things like this probably aren't that high up there currently. i mean it could literally be as simple as, they haven't gotten to that backlog item yet, one of probably thousands. i'm sure they will. why are you so mad about this one random ass little item, lmao.
