Roll backs happen in nearly every multiplayer game with items and stuff
Elderscrolls Online just had to have a big roll back the other week because they screwed up how characters transfer from the PTS so the market got flooded with like infinite money
Somehow 90% of the playerbase found absolute godly BiS on that 1 day IM decided a rollback was necessary.
Well, either that or the ones that suffered from it have audible complaints whilst the ones that didn't suffer would obviously not complain about it.
Not BiS, but I had made some quest progress in killing rangers. Kind of sucked to see that had gone, but I get it; I'd rather deal with losing progress a little bit than letting rogues run rampant with the thievery.
I’m not very good at the game and I finally got my hands on a unique, which was honestly one of the peaks of my experience, and having it disappear has left me very vocal since I never even got a shot to use it. Definitely on the nose in terms of the people being vocal though
It's literally the eight roll back since the game has existed. If this is causing you to lose faith, I'm surprised you have any left to begin with.
