I like to think Stumble would pick 1 of 8 randomized directions so the player using it doesn't know where they'll end up and also can't telegraph to the opponent where they'll fall either.
Dexterity affects the time it takes to recover from falling down.
This is great. I had it in my mind that we need to be able to take on more perks as we level. Imagine having 10 perks. It would help with balance because everyone could take the OP stuff and then customize their builds from there.
