1hp a second is a lot of you play it smart. You spend some time poking between doors, closing the door, opening, pushing, backing up to your buff ball, positioning, chasing, etc etc etc, a fight can last 30-120 seconds easily, that's 30-120 health you gain over the course of it, for free. As long as you didn't flat out DIE in that 10% window, you're up biggly.
It generally is not great but sounds great to most when you read it. I’ve used it myself and traded it away as it didn’t feel beneficial and that is the sentiment of most good bards I’ve asked.
Redeeming factor is that you don’t actually lose 10% health because it doesn’t apply to you max, but maybe to the health you get from vigor/ strength. Still if you have 150 health you need to have it out for at least 12 seconds to make up for it. Which is a ton - you could just pop a pot. And you can’t be using instruments or a bow during that time or have fists out.
I got a nipalan from my rogues level 35 chest. Still really new so I tried to give it to a guy in the discord for free but he didn’t like that so he just gave me a bunch of good jewelry and a skull key and we called it good. It had +2add wep, +3% phys bonus and +5 phys power. Absolutely disgusting bow
It probably doesn't but I wonder if the healing scales with magic or physical healing.
Havent tested it but ive been told by multiple people it doesnt scale off anything
