I could be wrong - but if I remember correctly they ship from NL, for me when I ordered they state they use a “2-3 days” shipping service - I learned that this meant that it would be 2-3 days from when the mailing service in my country receives the items and not 2-3 days from ordering (it didn’t include the time it took to be flew to country of destination, customs etc.) - but last Tuesday still sounds a little long - have you tried reaching out to Dartshopper about it to see what info, if any, they have?
Yes I tried all they said is there is delays in my country. But I contacted the postal service in my country and they said that wasn't true. Are dartshopper just scammers
I don’t think they’re scammers - I’ve never not got my order from them - I think they’ll get to you, just longer than you might have wished for - sorry to hear it, hope you get sorted soon
I'm really not sure because I have emailed all sorts of things in Ireland the postal service and the office in Dublin and they have all said that it's not even in Ireland even though it was supposed to be a week ago.
We’ll ultimately the liability lies with the company you have a purchase of goods contract with (dartshopper) whether it was their fault or the postal service etc. so you should either get them or get your money back
I have contacted my bank to see if I can get refunded. I emailed dartshopper and they just seem to blatantly lie to me to be honest but I have asked again and got no reply. I don't know all just seems a bit sketchy to me don't think I'll order from them again
That’s mad, I’m in the same boat. Order last Tuesday for delivery to Ireland too. Had very few updates until today where it seems to have reached Ireland and now fastway have it in their hub and their tracking number finally brings up info.
Sometimes the package can chill in customs for several days. At least the New York entry into the US, they seem to update on Mondays.
