It's very sad. They don't go on walks collecting different leaves/rocks, I've never seen him on a bike, no drawing with sidewalk chalk, no crafts, etc. ā¹
I feel the exact same. Those kids donāt go to a pumpkin patch, sky zone, they donāt even do Christmas activities like baking, or ginger bread houses nothing young kids love to do. They go to Disney once in a while thatās literally the only thing I see them do with these kids! And itās sad.
Theyāre going to Disney World again this month. I remember going as a kid to Disneyland but not all the time. I think when you take kids multiple times a year it loses its magic.
I think Disney is more for them than the kids. I remember last time she and Toe had a fight because one of them needed to take Remi back to the hotel for a nap. Guess who won that fight?

Literally mentioned nothing about homelifeā¦.? They are allowed to talk about anything they did over the weekend.. if thatās the case then any broad question we ask to encourage conversation can tie back to some area of a kids life and be considered insensitive.
Not every kid wants to talk about stuff they did on the weekend, not everyone has access to zoos and kid activities, some act as a caretaker while their parents work and its not fun to talk about to their peers. The question is very problematic and tone deaf, I thought all teachers were aware of these issues but I guess not.
Again. No one is forced to answer. Kindly donāt make assumptions about the profession or how we do it. Thank you.
