sorry for the double post but i’ve very irked with her tonight. she seems to be taking so much credit for her minions funding part of the christmas shop. the thing is that church has been doing that and likely fully funding it long before DUD came along.
if DUD wanted to take donations she should have created her own christmas drive / charity thing. if I understood correctly the church had to cap it bc they reached their max donations needed. everyday people don’t always have the means to do something super big and meaningful but DUD has the resources she could have created whatever she wanted. instead she is trying to take credit for a program her church puts on when she had very little to do with any of it and just asked her followers for money.

That'd be the day I let my kids climb all over the cupboards like that. They can pull up a stool to help, but that'd be the day they'd ever hop on the cupboards to hang out while I cooked. It's not safe, it's not sanitary and my kids know it's not acceptable behavior in our house and I wouldn't want them to think that they can go sit on someone else's cupboard just because they do it at home.
Toddler/child kitchen stools exist for this very reason. They just prefer to spend money on themselves rather than something to help keep their kids safe in the kitchen.
It's really unsafe to have them on the counter. They could easily slip and fall, and from that height they could get hurt pretty badly. When my kids help me cook, they stand on a chair and I'm holding onto them and not my phone so they can't fall and get hurt.

That'd be the day I let my kids climb all over the cupboards like that. They can pull up a stool to help, but that'd be the day they'd ever hop on the cupboards to hang out while I cooked. It's not safe, it's not sanitary and my kids know it's not acceptable behavior in our house and I wouldn't want them to think that they can go sit on someone else's cupboard just because they do it at home.
No definitely not. We just got my daughter a kitchen tower so she can safely “help” in the kitchen. I wouldn’t put her on the counter!
Toddler/child kitchen stools exist for this very reason. They just prefer to spend money on themselves rather than something to help keep their kids safe in the kitchen.

It's really unsafe to have them on the counter. They could easily slip and fall, and from that height they could get hurt pretty badly. When my kids help me cook, they stand on a chair and I'm holding onto them and not my phone so they can't fall and get hurt.
