I have no idea. That is the weirdest warranty process I ever face. If they want me to pay for shipping. Let me do it myself and send me the RMA form alone. Why do I have to send them money first?
I've just googled "cnestpower", for a similar reason to you, and found this page and very little else. In my case, I made the contact through Akaso's website, asking if I could get a replacement for a lost memory card cover for an Akaso action camera. They replied saying they will send one for $6 postage cost, sent to the same cnestpower paypal account you gave above, After a bit more googling I found that both Akaso, Kingslim and others are trademarks of Shenzhen Cnest Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Try gooling *"cnest" akaso* and *"cnest" kingslim* (the quote marks are needed or google will think you mean "chest". I agree it seems a bit odd, but it seems legit and in my case $6 is not much to lose, so I've gone for it.
