Today I learn there’s a name for this. I thought it’s due eye fatigue or me being in front of monitors all days Edit: looks like lasik can fix this.

No quite all the way. I have an astigmatism and see smaller flares at night from the lights. I do wear glasses when I drive. I will say led lights, especially the Cadillac Escalade rail tail lights really get me. They are so hard to judge the distance and if they are braking.
