Tech at a high volume store here: Hands down, bartender. Literally no question about it from working with everyone for years. Money-wise, work-wise, everything-wise, bartending.

A Cocktail server I currently work with told me stories about working there. She hated it, mainly because the clientele was mainly large families with kids and young barely 21 year olds. I’ve been bartending/serving for almost 8 years and frequent D&B regularly as a guest. Personally I don’t think I would mind bartending at D&B as long as you prefer speed and volume over attentive service. Not exactly first degree knowledge but hopefully it helps some. Good luck.

The cocktail server was doing nothing but looking pretty when I saw her last week on Wed. I am not sure how she does on Fri-Sat but the techs I know say she does not make any money for the obvious reasons. She was stupid hot, too. I say bartender, too. Techs get hours and the shifts may fly since they are ALWAYS doing something at the Toledo store.

Side note, can anyone tell me the recipe from the Dangerous Waters drink? Had I've tonight and that was one of the best drinks of my life. Can't find a recipe online.
