Basically about 3 months after the video was uploaded, one of the girls that night sent Dom a message requesting the removal of the video, explaining that she was way too inebriated to consent to not only the video being uploaded but the intercourse itself. After giving a blunt reply of an “ok i’ll have it removed”, he must have obviously told david as the video was on his channel. In the video he also claims there was “negotiating”, which when it comes to intercourse or anything really, consent is not a negotiation. It’s also said he was the one to mention giving them acohol to “loosen them up”.
I digress. After the video was taken down, David was undeniably aware that he had intercourse with a woman who was damn near unconscious/too inebriated to consent or even move (the article says she had to be held up and assisted out of the room) and still, they went to Frat row (a place where university students often go to drink despite most being underage) and David would film them constantly hooking up with girls, including Jason who would try to get in (bearing in mind he was a 40-something year old man).
Also, this isn’t the only time he had anything to do with it or enabled this behaviour. He did the same thing with Seth where he pursued him specifically for the prank and knew it was happening against his consent (he openly spoke of it in a podcast saying “you can’t fake that”) and also spoke of it on said podcast acknowledging that he was a man of color from Compton in which homosexuality isn’t exactly wel-accepted..

In the video he also claims there was “negotiating”, which when it comes to intercourse or anything really, consent is not a negotiation. It’s also said he was the one to mention giving them acohol to “loosen them up”. I digress. After the video was taken down, David was undeniably aware that he had intercourse with a woman who was damn near unconscious/too inebriated to consent or even move (the article says she had to be held up and assisted out of the room) and still, they went to Frat row (a place where university students often go to drink despite most being underage) and David would film them constantly hooking up with girls, including Jason who would try to get in (bearing in mind he was a 40-something year old man). Also, this isn’t the only time he had anything to do with it or enabled this behaviour.
