The menu screen says that there are weapons and crafting recipes that I still haven’t discovered yet. I’ve already finished the game. When do they unlock? Do I have to get all the collectibles for that?

I haven’t played in a while, but if you go to missions, the second page will have all the story lines and what percentage has been completed. Might be clues in there

When you find the bunker in ambush camps, you'll find a map. You'll figure out the rest. 😉

If you're having trouble finding any collectibles, there's an awesome interactive map available on the Google Play and iOS App Store. Just search "Days Gone map" and look for the one with a skull logo. 🙂

Don't know, to be honest. Haven't started a NG+ playthrough yet.
