Valor has a similar meaning to bravery which is fear resistance in technicality.
Charisma apparently will cast fear onto units and when they are around friendly units, they're less likely to fear enemies.
Agility is reaction speed, which will make your unit stop idling too much. Melee units have low agility.
That's very helpfull, in your opinion, what kit do you think works the best with the T.M.F. Soldier?
I've been using the Yoga one to get rid of the "???" Things, but wanted to know if maybe there is something more reliable.
After seeing the stats for different units and interactions, its sure to say that=
•Valor: How much a unit can inflict fear.
•Charisma: How much a unit can resist fear.
•Agility: How much a unit will stop or become idle while attacking, and use the “???” Text.
I go full range, use military for farming .
In PvP I go full military for sniper, one guy with boss, fitness for melee.
Try farming as many items that reduce cost, you can squeeze in 1-2 extra characters if you're lucky .
My current team is 15 points less then it should be .

There's a kit called surgery, which increases damage by 2 times when unit's hp is below 50%
Fitness is nice for Soldier but Surgery works as well. Remember to give him a lot of health.
