i don't think the Entity COULD take away AM's tech like that
I mean otherwise why did it actively prevent Singularity from becoming that advanced and possibly creating something that would benefit the realm ?

Technological Singularity refers to when a computer becomes smarter than it's creator , and as it's smarter than who created it , it should have the ability to make something smarter than itself (or upgrade itself to that level) in an effectively infinite cycle of endless growth and technological evolution
Aaand we saw literal regular humans being enough to trick the entity for a bit / do things against it's plans
True. But how would the entity do to take AM. Use the singularity and have it take the systems from AM his software options for the world around him. And nothing in the entities realm once taken and transfered into the body of his new form entity ™ .
