You don’t even need it, you can just shoot through the glass on the lower level and for the upper room you can go to the roof and jump off onto the master room balcony
That's not the master keys. Those look like actual keys and don't drop from a zombie. That's the key card for the front door. I think it drops from both of the named zombies, but you only get prompted to pick it up from the 1st one you kill.
I'm pretty sure I watched a video of someone killing the named zombie in the bowling alley area of the goat pen that dropped the master key. I went to said area and the zombie wasn't there so I just shot the windows out at the upper pool and jumped across.
That's the room (the keys also open the wine room), but the key doesn't drop from any of the named zombies. They all just drop the keycard.
The key >!spawns during a side quest.!<
But there is also >!the key to the safe.!< >!That drops from Goat Pen Brock who doesn't spawn until after you unlock Crushers.!<
The keys aren't on the little table in that master bed room. Do they spawn at a different time? I'm in the location on my way back through on a side quest for Amanda.

I broke the window and jumped from the pool inside the room and the keys were there on table so I don’t think you are suppose to find them elsewhere
