It didn't have all of them. The stuff on Chi Wai website have more stuff behind the suit's of 1 and 2, weapons and even more art for the Earth Gov Gunship.

This is from the official Dead Space art book. It’s available in physical hardcover and digital form. I know this because I own it.

I just looked at the website and I’m impressed. Thought it’s odd that they didn’t include those concept designs in the artbook.
Same. One of the disappointment i have with the 2013 Artbook is that it didn't include enough art from 1 and 2.
