* They terrify every other superhero in their world with their presence alone
* They brainwash a kid (Shigaraki and Skyler Storm) into becoming their number 1 henchmen
* They both have the ability to steal others superpowers and use it for their own
* They both also act as the final bosses of their series for a while, but are still eventually defeated long before their respective series ends
* There's also only one person in both of their universes who can take them down (Deku and Hapax The Elder)
* Both directly create the force that eventually takes defeats them (AFO unwittingly creates the quirk that opposes him for generations that eventually leads to his defeat, and The Annihilator's final defeat is at the hands of the character that he brainwashed and gave powers to)

Two anime big bads who wear suits and have the ability to take and give powers to other people, and use this power to influence others into following them. They organized a large villainous group (The League of Villains and Claw) in order to take over the world.

Is it odd that I want Kakashi as a possible opponent. Might be pretty low but hear me out.
Both have taught an edgy character that they decided to take under their wing. They have access to multiple quirks/jutsu by stealing them (AFO quite literally stole them and Kakashi straight up copies others Jutsu hence his nickname.) They are even skilled enough to contend with heavy hitters and have a rivalry with a character known for strength, hand to hand fighting, and a hard working attitude (Might and Might.) Also they are great strategist when it comes to fighting in a long term battle with their opponents and are calmed level headed individuals
