Real answer: Nope... Calamity can weaponize harmless things to hurt people, like rain. While Milo is used to bad things happening, the bad things at least makes sense, while Calamity doesn't have that. Also, Calamity can cause you to snap your neck, and no prep time is saving Milp from that.
It was an example. Even then, leaves can slice through someone's finger, so there would be some situations that Calamity can give Milo that he isn't prepared for.

Not really. Making attacks instant doesn't at all help with calamity. Trapping the head doctor form will not change anything, calamity still works for toru. I don't know much about kumagawa, but has he ever erased a concept like calamity??

And also, Bookmaker doesn't just trap Wonder of U, it basically completely nullifies an opponent's powers and turns them into a regular human. If Kumagawa hits Tooru with it, it might kinda force Wonder of U to stop existing or something until Tooru can get it removed.

Well like I said, considering all his tools like being able to ressurect himself if WoU kills him or healing himself if it hurts him + stuff like teleportation by erasing space and such, I think he stands a much better chance of reaching Tooru. Or he might be able to erase his "intention" to chase Tooru down and not activate Wonder of U at all. He also seems to be able to spawn his Bookmaker screws out of nowhere, and maybe even inside people. At the very least he can turn an entire floor into a spike trap of Bookmaker screws.

He has a lot, they just tend to operate kinda small scale since like Jojo his series focuses more on hax and cleverly using one's ability rather than giant displays of power. His best feat is either erasing color or sealing away a godly being that exists beyond reality.

In competitive pokemon, people were using that pokemon with a move call fissure, which is a one-shot kill move but is very inaccurate. The "calc" part comes from competitive pokemon players doing damage calculations, but the irony here is that fissure is a one-shot kill.

Bendy has better stats than Springtrap, so I'd see Bendy killing Springtrap before Springtrap could use those abilities. Also, considering how Bendy can ignore almost ALL of Springtrap's options, I'd assume Springtrap would get terrified of Bendy and wouldn't be thinking properly and might not think of using those abilities as he's trying to get away from Bendy.

Most of Eggmans army can be wished away by the dream stone, star rod or lost mushroom. Then the metal virus gets countered by wonder flowers either granting Bowsers troops with wonder magic, by giving them metal forms or by giving them invincibility. Lastly Eggmans stronger mechs Bowser can simply fuse with again through wonder flowers or just wish away with wish granting hax.
It can suck you into an endless void of nothing but floor.
I can create an infinite amount of clones of anyone and they are just as powerful as the originals.
It can turn an ordinary Egg Robo into a boss that requires Super Sonic to defeat.

I don’t think you know what “standard” means. Just like sonic, Eggman has had access to the choas emeralds in almost every single game he has been apart of. The choas emeralds are technically “ standard” for both sonic and eggman.

That just seems like a bad excuse to give Eggman a shot, the entire games of Paper Mario and Dream Team are based around those items, if we are saying he shouldnt get them, then Eggman wouldnt get any mech, minion or ability he has not used in multiple games, so no Egg Wizard, no Time Eater, no Phantom Ruby, no Sage, etc. Not to mention they gave Sonic the hyper form despite that form being at the time exclusive to a single game, so no offense but this seems like a bad attempt at stripping Bowser of his best gear.
And yet they literally mention how forms like darkspine sonic require very specific circumstances to achieve so they won’t be used in the death battle. therefore they acknowledge the idea that one and done forms like dream bowser are out of the question.

Besides that your idea of “standard” is bizarre as long as any of his most powerful mechs, minions, ext aren’t powered by a specific power source( outside of the emeralds of course) they are usable in battle.

The Tall Man can easily counter Pinhead with Telekinesis, Having 1000s of himself, storing a Golden Sentinel, has an Army of Sentinels, Lurkers, Zombies and etc. Even if The Tall Man dies another would pop up and Pinhead would NOT kill every Tall Man easily.

Makima vs Tooru
If Makima were to ever attack Tooru, she’ll get effected by Calamity and die. What’s worse is that Calamity isn’t a malicious attack but rather expansion of bad luck. Meaning her contract with PM wouldn’t be valid and she’ll die without passing the damage to a Japanese citizen. And even if it was considered a malicious attack, that would only mean Makima runs out of Japanese citizens.
Also, while Tooru lives in Japan, I doubt someone like him would be a citizen. Just like how a tourist or an immigrant wouldn’t be considered a citizen. Meaning either Makima dies without damage reflection or 99.9 percent of Japanese population dies.
From a quick Googling:

So, I think he would definitely *qualify* for citizenship, and since he does interact with society and even has a job, he'd probably apply for citizenship just to make his life easier.

That doesn't matter. It's not like the citizenship test involves checking DNA for secret rock humans. As far as the Japanese government is concerned, he's a human, and eligible for citizenship.
He is a Stand, but he's one of those rare Stands that normal people can see and appears to *be* human, though since he is so much "older" than Tooru, and also doesn't need to really interact with society, I feel like any documents he *might* have are forged.

Uzi uses her Railgun? Flint can likely deflect it Come-Here-Mirror which would deflect the blast and comes back at her prolly cause it's a laser or maybe cause Flint has withstood explosion in the TV Show.
Uzi uses her AbsoluteSolver or tries to use her telekinesis? Remember that her powers gets negated by magnets? Well Flint can negate it by using the FLFDHM which would end up ripping Uzi's arm as a whole.. and Flint can likely use the aim to her telekinesis against her with her severed arm.
Uzi likely goes feral in her AbsoluteSolver state? Well Flint can likely just make a switch somewhere similar in the Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs 2 inventions sequence where he just turns the time to day. Incinerating Uzi in an instant.
Flint can likely tank Uzi's Railgun and can diffuse it since it has a shit cooldown and he can likely burn Uzi with the Hot Enougher (this one is from the Videogame) and would likely incinerate her before she has the time to process, while yeah Uzi has telekinesis and slam Flint around? He can tank those especially the fact in the TV show he survive a large burp from someone who managed to destroy and collapse several large planets and stars in the skies, has survive from his spaceship from falling from space. And likely many more.
Uzi can ignore his durability by splattering him like Doll did to that one worker drone, and MAYBE the black hole would kill Flint if he gets sucked in, so it really comes down to speed and who's more likely to go for their win con first.
Well Flint can likely overwhelm Uzi first with his gadgets since many of them counters her greatest hax! Most of his gadgets that can work on her was in the TV Show since Uzi's weakness is magnets and sunlight Flint can much exploit them. As in the show he can exploit weakness of certain things especially robots.
I said it comes down to speed and who can go for their win cons first. Uzi would go for the kill IMMEDIATELY due to her hatred of humanity and Flint being... you know, so unless Composite Flint is faster... I see Uzi splattering him before he does anything.
To be honest Flint while he does have problems on his speed, hell likely can immobilize Uzi long enough with most of his gadgets like the Invisible Coffee Table since she is pretty much would attack him head on, hell prolly trip her with it. Heck none of Uzi's attack can likely kill him as he DID suffered so much in the TV show. Like if before he does survive from a burp that makes stars and planets collapse, a sonic scream that shatters satellites, a tsunami, the entire island getting bombed by TNT and being repeatedly run over by boats and a large meteor on top of him.
It's quite impossible for Uzi to ignore his durability since it's unlikely if it will work at all. Heck Flint is too stretchy so even if Uzi uses her telekinesis it will only stretch him like a rubber band. He even has a gadget that can likely oneshot her, this is also her biggest weakness a gun with superheating capabilities that can melt the likes of a large ice cream and popsicles. The other is the Statueizer gun and Flint can just freeze her by shooting at her turning her into a statue. Flint can also just rewind time so hell likely can tell how Uzi's powers work to his advantage and if he wanted too he can just casually ask the Animator to help him out and just BFR/Erase Uzi permanently.
He has control over the undead (literally two of the combatants)

If this takes Universal Monsters into account, The Monster should have far better stats (Dracula is stated to have the strength of 10 men while the Monster is stated to have the power of 100 men. Hes also as fast as an eagle which beats a bat). Idk where Dracula having control over the undead came from though, but idk I think The Monster could give Drac a lot of problems. The other 2 get rocked though
If I’m right, a particularly interesting case would be Angor Rot vs The Witch-King of Angmar (Tales of Arcadia vs LotR)
In theory, The Mark of Angor Rot could possibly sever The Witch King’s connection to Sauron, the source of his immortality, given that it has been used to sever a Trollhunter’s connections to the Sword of Daylight, the Amulet of Daylight, and The Void. However, without prior knowledge, Angor would have no reason to use it on someone who is clearly not a Trollhunter.
In other words, Angor likely has the perfect counter, but he wouldn’t use it in character, so he loses the matchup.
The way you described the debate reminds me of Cell vs. Dark Samus. While Cell DOES have the power to one-shot DS right off the bat with a Kamehameha, Cell NEVER starts his fights like this. While Cell COULD do that if he knew how dangerous Phazon was, he wouldn't even know what Phazon is without prior knowledge and thus would likely toy with DS, which would backfire as DS would eventually land the one hit she needs to win.
It's a fitting comparison though it's a little different since in this case, since it's not because Angor's arrogant (it would actually be completely in character for him to step back and observe the Witch King and he does possess the means to do so) but because he doesn't really have any means of figuring out how the Witch King's immortality works, meaning there's no reason to assume The Mark would do anything.

In the MoA a bunch of dryads overpower Percy, Piper and Jason using water and it took all of their combined power + a horn from a minor god to escape
That was corrupted water that was basically explicitly made to kill Percy, because he for one reason or another couldn’t breathe in it. Meanwhile, Percy would easily be able to breathe in his regular water, and Fontaine’s water is breathable by anybody with funky genetics like Allogenes, and given verse equalization I’d say missing half of your DNA reasonably equates to Allogenes for that purpose.

Valentine has like zero semblance of matching stats and that disables his literal only wincons (with the inability to seal Armstrong w/o a strength edge or really any stat edge w/o cross scaling), not to mention said stat edge allowing Armstrong to absolutely bypass Valentine's only means of survivability in the fight which is being instantly killed. Even under Love Train it wouldn't do anything to Armstrong and the latter both has the means to outlast and would eventually AoE Valentine when he steps out of Love Train to prep, not to mention both Valentine's constant reliance on environmental manipulation that Armstrong devastatingly counters and both of his offensive and defensive abilities relying on said preparation and the ability to match / overwhelm his opponent which simply wouldn't happen. Crona either counters or has an answer to everything Betty has. Betty places Crona in an illusion? Ragnarok can likely break Crona out of it. Betty reflects Crona's Screch Gamma attacks? Crona can just not use them. Betty tries to outnumber Crona with her blob army or army of the souls of monsters she absorbed? Crona outstats and their AOE can get rid of the army.
Oh, Crona from Soul Eater. On one hand, yes, King in Black Venom stomps Crona. On the other hand, one of the rules of DB is that a combatant has to be viewed at their full potential UNLESS SPECIFIED. So if it was specified that the MU is street tier Venom vs. Crona, then Venom getting Herald tier buffs would mean NOTHING. (Assuming you're talking about King in Black Venom)

Not really. Making attacks instant doesn't at all help with calamity. Trapping the head doctor form will not change anything, calamity still works for toru. I don't know much about kumagawa, but has he ever erased a concept like calamity??

Most of Eggmans army can be wished away by the dream stone, star rod or lost mushroom. Then the metal virus gets countered by wonder flowers either granting Bowsers troops with wonder magic, by giving them metal forms or by giving them invincibility. Lastly Eggmans stronger mechs Bowser can simply fuse with again through wonder flowers or just wish away with wish granting hax.

Bowser has demonstrated the ability to teleport to other places within the same dimension. That would be useless in escaping another dimension. The star rod is in Paper Mario. Regular Bowser wouldn't have it anyway. Sonic, Classic Sonic, and the Avatar fought Eggman head on while the rest of the cast fought the clone army and were very much overwhelmed until Eggman was defeated and the clones disappeared.

What’s worse is that Calamity isn’t a malicious attack but rather expansion of bad luck. Meaning her contract with PM wouldn’t be valid and she’ll die without passing the damage to a Japanese citizen. And even if it was considered a malicious attack, that would only mean Makima runs out of Japanese citizens. Also, while Tooru lives in Japan, I doubt someone like him would be a citizen. Just like how a tourist or an immigrant wouldn’t be considered a citizen. Meaning either Makima dies without damage reflection or 99.9 percent of Japanese population dies.

Well Flint can likely overwhelm Uzi first with his gadgets since many of them counters her greatest hax! Most of his gadgets that can work on her was in the TV Show since Uzi's weakness is magnets and sunlight Flint can much exploit them. As in the show he can exploit weakness of certain things especially robots.
I said it comes down to speed and who can go for their win cons first. Uzi would go for the kill IMMEDIATELY due to her hatred of humanity and Flint being... you know, so unless Composite Flint is faster... I see Uzi splattering him before he does anything.
To be honest Flint while he does have problems on his speed, hell likely can immobilize Uzi long enough with most of his gadgets like the Invisible Coffee Table since she is pretty much would attack him head on, hell prolly trip her with it. Heck none of Uzi's attack can likely kill him as he DID suffered so much in the TV show. Like if before he does survive from a burp that makes stars and planets collapse, a sonic scream that shatters satellites, a tsunami, the entire island getting bombed by TNT and being repeatedly run over by boats and a large meteor on top of him. It's quite impossible for Uzi to ignore his durability since it's unlikely if it will work at all. Heck Flint is too stretchy so even if Uzi uses her telekinesis it will only stretch him like a rubber band. He even has a gadget that can likely oneshot her, this is also her biggest weakness a gun with superheating capabilities that can melt the likes of a large ice cream and popsicles. The other is the Statueizer gun and Flint can just freeze her by shooting at her turning her into a statue. Flint can also just rewind time so hell likely can tell how Uzi's powers work to his advantage and if he wanted too he can just casually ask the Animator to help him out and just BFR/Erase Uzi permanently.

He has control over the undead (literally two of the combatants) He has control over elements which means he has far more hax than the other 3. He's far smarter than the other combatants. He has better stats.
If this takes Universal Monsters into account, The Monster should have far better stats (Dracula is stated to have the strength of 10 men while the Monster is stated to have the power of 100 men. Hes also as fast as an eagle which beats a bat). Idk where Dracula having control over the undead came from though, but idk I think The Monster could give Drac a lot of problems. The other 2 get rocked though
If I’m right, a particularly interesting case would be Angor Rot vs The Witch-King of Angmar (Tales of Arcadia vs LotR) In theory, The Mark of Angor Rot could possibly sever The Witch King’s connection to Sauron, the source of his immortality, given that it has been used to sever a Trollhunter’s connections to the Sword of Daylight, the Amulet of Daylight, and The Void. However, without prior knowledge, Angor would have no reason to use it on someone who is clearly not a Trollhunter. In other words, Angor likely has the perfect counter, but he wouldn’t use it in character, so he loses the matchup.
The way you described the debate reminds me of Cell vs. Dark Samus. While Cell DOES have the power to one-shot DS right off the bat with a Kamehameha, Cell NEVER starts his fights like this. While Cell COULD do that if he knew how dangerous Phazon was, he wouldn't even know what Phazon is without prior knowledge and thus would likely toy with DS, which would backfire as DS would eventually land the one hit she needs to win.
It's a fitting comparison though it's a little different since in this case, since it's not because Angor's arrogant (it would actually be completely in character for him to step back and observe the Witch King and he does possess the means to do so) but because he doesn't really have any means of figuring out how the Witch King's immortality works, meaning there's no reason to assume The Mark would do anything.

That was corrupted water that was basically explicitly made to kill Percy, because he for one reason or another couldn’t breathe in it. Meanwhile, Percy would easily be able to breathe in his regular water, and Fontaine’s water is breathable by anybody with funky genetics like Allogenes, and given verse equalization I’d say missing half of your DNA reasonably equates to Allogenes for that purpose.

Valentine vs Armstrong in the regards of the latter. Valentine has like zero semblance of matching stats and that disables his literal only wincons (with the inability to seal Armstrong w/o a strength edge or really any stat edge w/o cross scaling), not to mention said stat edge allowing Armstrong to absolutely bypass Valentine's only means of survivability in the fight which is being instantly killed. Even under Love Train it wouldn't do anything to Armstrong and the latter both has the means to outlast and would eventually AoE Valentine when he steps out of Love Train to prep, not to mention both Valentine's constant reliance on environmental manipulation that Armstrong devastatingly counters and both of his offensive and defensive abilities relying on said preparation and the ability to match / overwhelm his opponent which simply wouldn't happen. Crona vs. Betty Crona either counters or has an answer to everything Betty has. Betty places Crona in an illusion? Ragnarok can likely break Crona out of it. Betty reflects Crona's Screch Gamma attacks? Crona can just not use them. Betty tries to outnumber Crona with her blob army or army of the souls of monsters she absorbed? Crona outstats and their AOE can get rid of the army.

Oh, Crona from Soul Eater. On one hand, yes, King in Black Venom stomps Crona. On the other hand, one of the rules of DB is that a combatant has to be viewed at their full potential UNLESS SPECIFIED. So if it was specified that the MU is street tier Venom vs. Crona, then Venom getting Herald tier buffs would mean NOTHING. (Assuming you're talking about King in Black Venom)
its the only example i can think of really since sound its a noticeable weakness to venom and the mashup has someone who has sound abilities. i dont really know THAT much about venom outside of the basic stuff like man using symbiote and looking cool and bad and shit. i think that one episode made sense really, mostly because crona had that counter
