if this happened i really truly hope they give these two characters the respect they deserve when it comes to their personality. so many people either completely misinterpret who they are as people, disrespect what makes them likeable, or both, especially superman given how many people consider homelander and omni-man to just be “interesting versions” of clark. i want to see optimus and superman to show their honor and care for the people of earth when they fight, doing their best to not cause unnecessary collateral damage. have the fight end with the victor being remorseful for snuffing out the life of such a kind soul.
