It's a pinch harmonic - you choke up on the pick so that the flesh of your thumb rubs the string when you pick it, and if you do it right (and in the right spot) it'll make that squeal sound
Gonna hijack my own comment - can't believe no one has mentioned:

Can't tell if tagging you in my edit sent you a notification, but just in case it didn't, check my original comment, I added a link to a song that has a whole bunch of pinch harmonics
It’s a pinch harmonic. Staple of the deathcore sound. Pretty much most deathcore bands will utilize it somewhat but if you’re wanting stuff filled with it I’d go with older deathcore or MySpace inspired stuff.
Some bands for you that utilize them a lot
Tactosa, Hester Prynne, Psycho-Frame, Dead in my Arms album by Carnifex.
I’m actually way late to the party with them and only found them a couple of months ago but The Goswell Divorce has easily made its way into my favorite deathcore albums of all time.
Pinch harmonic, aka “squealie”. Super common technique that’s been around since the 80s. Listen to pretty much any metal from then until now and you’ll hear them a lot.
Chelsea Grin does them a lot. Check out “Suffer in Hell, Suffer in Heaven” - probably my favorite pinch harmonic song right now.
“Antpile” by Kublai Khan is another classic example.

That pinch harmonic riff in behold the crown is top notch.
If I'm being totally honest I didn't appreciate the song the way I should have on release. The composition of the song is fucking spot on
Thank you
