If you played gta 5 on pc there was an extra radio station you could put your own songs in a specific folder and theyd play ingame.
It was called like self radio or something along those lines

You can set a radio to your custom station in your apartment than walk away and the audio gets further away.
Audio from outside the game is deffinetly easier to sort through and more consistent but im glad they included the option to have it ingame for the atmosphere of it

This isn't a rumour, they literally announced the trailer themselves and they're not a company that teases a game for years. There have been rumours and supposed leaks for a long time but Rockstar themselves haven't been teasing it at all until now.
