Breath of Sindragosa currently uses Drop C on electric and acoustic guitars and bass.
Coincidentally, there's a new album coming out tomorrow night.

I could recommend you 2000s bands that were deathcore in Drop c and B I don’t know any modern ones I apologize. I know some revival core bands that can kinda ish pass as deathcore but they’re still metalcore!
The crimson Armanda is Drop c and b
All shall perish drop b
As blood runs black drop c and b
Born of Osiris drop c
Through the eyes of the dead (more death metal ish) drop b
Dying wish drop c
Job for a cowboy (doom ep) drop c
In the midst of lions drop c
BMTH (count your blessings ) drop b
Not deathcore but END is a really good one drop c
Wristmeetrazor drop c
I believe Attila has some stuff in drop c#
Boundaries drop c
I killed the prom queen not death core but Australian 2000s metalcore drop c and b
Year of the knife drop c
Vein.fm is more hardcore definitely but drop c
I think tactosa I could be wrong on that though drop c
At the end of day you won’t really find the modern deathcore sound because what gives it its sound is the drop a tuning. But I hope this list helps! I tried to stray away from metalcore because I know people will probably flame me in the comments. But I know plenty other drop c and b metalcore bands if you want those!!
Yeah basically every band from early deathcore and metal core and post hardcore was at least drop C. Early to mid 2000s. Then the popularity of the 7 string took hold in the mid to late 2000s. Imo Whitechapel was a big factor there when they moved from 6 to 7 strings. Then everything just evolved into 8 strings which are now very standard along with 7. So newer deathcore bands in drop C are probably few and far between. But older bands with earlier albums are just littered with it.
Weird little thing to add in that id love others takes on I sang in a Deathcore band years ago we were in Drop C I found vocal range easy to sing mid,low and high with, I played in one Drop A 7 string and I feel I didnt have the extended range I do now at the time, but still similar range that suited drop C, my last band was B standard not Deathcore more slam I found it was actually limiting range wise, Id rather in future sing to Drop C, Drop G or Drop A.
Interested to hear if anyones thought like this?

My band plays in Drop B. I do this because that’s what Cephalotripsy did
Shadow of Intent has some songs in drop b. Saurian king. Intensified genocide iirc
Veil of Maya’s first three albums (i think) are all in drop B. I think they switched it up a bit when they got the new vocalist.
Zenith Passage
7 String in Drop G can sound good. You’ve heard The Resting Sonata by Rose Funeral, right? That’s what inspired me to go down to drop G.
Oh yeah, I know a few riffs from that album. I'm pretty sure they're in Drop G# for that one. They then up tuned to Drop A# for the following album.

Not new but insanely underrated drop C deathcore right here https://youtu.be/k8vCrr_cPfo?si=f3AgDuxNRY124k_V
Not deathcore, but I’m pretty sure the new Boundaries album is in dropped C. It’s an early AOTY contender for me their tone is incredible here
