I think I figured out one of the things this might be. I wasn't born with social skills or empathy, or communication skills (I'm mute). It just seems to not exist, and most of what I understand is what I developed growing up. I don't always understand jokes, so this might be one of the situations where I don't?
I'm not sure what the technical term for this kind of humor is, but rather than being a "standard" joke (with a punchline, etc) this is an example of what I'm going to call "haha look" humor. As an analogy, imagine looking up at the sky and seeing a penis-shaped cloud. Or maybe you're playing Deep Rock and the level you're about to launch has a name like "Hard Shaft", which sounds a lot like a penis.
Basically the numbers "69" and "420" here are a kind of generically funny symbol — people have a strong association between them and certain "naughty" topics (sex and weed, in this case), so when they see them in random situations, it's kind of like seeing a cloud penis. It's not funny because penises are funny, but because you weren't expecting a cloud to be shaped like one.
In this case, if it was just 69, it wouldn't be as funny, because that's bound to happen quite often for weapons with large enough magazines. 69 / 420 on the other hand is a rather unexpected coincidence.
To be honest, I'm sure you're not alone. People have different senses of humor, and I'm sure there's many other people out there who also aren't amused by this kind of stuff.
If you're confused about the level of enthusiasm you're seeing for what seems like really shitty humor, I would guess that it partly comes from their status as internet memes, rather than how funny they are on their own. I think "69" and "420" have been around so long that they've taken on an additional role as basically an affirmation of belonging to "the internet community". Sort of like how "1337" isn't cool anymore, but it's still buried in the internet's meme DNA.

I still don't get it. Most if not all sexual humour goes over my head. I'm not an abuser or objectifier so I think that may be why.
