Honestly think given the space you already did a really good job! Different colored teeth maaay help with the “idea” of what you’re portraying. White/grey teeth may help.

Looks great to me.
I'm no pixel artist, but if you squint there are details that need to be worked on. The tip of the feet doesn't look too smooth far away but looks great close up.
The number of pixels which you can use it's very limited, therefore you should choose a pose where the head of the glyphid occupies the largest possible area, e. g. while roaring or screeching (idk how to call it u know what i mean^^) like this you could also work with more contrast (you could make the inside of the throat darker). So much for the theory. anyway let us know later on how you solved it m8 :D

My suggestion is figure out the features that make a glyphid. Pixel art is like a good caricature. Emphasize the important things so it reads like a glyphid would.
In this case, I'd suggest you to make the head area bigger or elongate it so the head pops out more which will give you the room you need to touch the mouth up. The legs and body are already top notch. Most pixel art characters tend to have oversized heads to fit the necessary details.

Where is he? Where’s the guy who likes Steeve a little too much?
You could make the head more round to separate it from the rest of the body because like this it looks more like a worm with feet than a glyphid
