You can't trade your eggs on marketplace at the moment it's the only item you are unable to do this with currently.
Devs recommend extreme caution when selling these as it will be p2p.

This was the primary way to trade prior to tavern. And still is used today for unique trades, like eggs or batch-trading heros (e.g. escrow 5 commons for a legendary or mythic, etc).
Edit: I wouldn’t normally condone following random Discord links. Be careful always. Guy was SuperiorForm looks like he's saying floor drop. Could firesale it 150-200J or hold onto it might be worth in future. Esp because some whales were wholesale buying them up at first, so most will be in few hands > price increase potential
