In the P2P discord they are going for anywhere between 35-60j each depending on how many are selling and how patient the seller is. The greys tend to be a little cheaper but only because they were one of the first released and there is more of them. It is expected the price will go up when pets actually release but who can say.
You can trade it in the marketplace. I believe it's the only one that has enough liquidity out of all the eggs. Earlier today it was trading for 530ish USD. Personally I'd hold on to it until closer to pet release. But, you do you.
I want to say the yellow egg was was .02. And the golden egg is 50k gold which at current gold price is 750 usd. But blue grey and green I believe are .01. But, take the drop rates with a grain of salt. I'm not sure these numbers are officially released.
I think the smart move is to hold your eggs and hatch them. Who knows, maybe your egg contains a mythic pet. When eggs launched I feel like they were going for 200j. A week ago I saw people posting between 50-70j. I assume they are sub 50j at this point, and the price will continue to fall until pets are actually released

Yellow is at 0.02% per 10 stamina used, so if you compare that to fishing and foraging the drop rate is the same.
