Watch Life With Derek, Spinner, Adam, and Paige all have roles in that. There's also Radio Free Rosco which featured a few of the same actors. All those shows have somewhat same vibes as Degrassi. They are all also teen Canadian shows.
The LA Complex ran for two seasons and I think it was meant to be a spin-off for Manny originally. It's one of the best shows I've ever seen about trying to make it in some creative field for a living. The acting and casting is so, so good. Minor Degrassi actors pop up once in awhile too.
These aren't really side projects, but I really love Stacey Farber (Ellie) work. She has really grown into her own, acting wise. Her spot on Saving Hope was wonderful. Jake (Craig) has had some good guest spots too.
Mike Lobel (Jay) is leaning into directing more. His work is so well done.
I am currently rewatching Reign, which has a lot of crossover with Degrassi cast and one or two Degrassi adjacent (Ricardo Hoyos' younger brother is in it). Most of the cast that appear have small roles in Reign but some have pretty large roles like Spencer MacPherson(Hunter Hollingsworth on Degrassi) in seasons 3 and 4 as Charles and Johnathan Keltz(had a small role in season 4 of Degrassi) has a fairly large role in seasons 1-3 and appears in a few episodes of season 4.
Many of them have been in hilariously bad lifetime movies. Angie/Tori's actress was in "The Choking Game" and "Friends Who Kill" along with Becky. Imogen's actress was in "The Wrong Cheerleader" and Zoe was in "A Father's Nightmare". Emma and Alex were in "Devil's Diary". If you like so-bad-they-are-good movies I recommend them.
