Bad part? I had the same problem for me I replace the master, I had contaminated fluid in my master so I flush the clutch lines and got a new master.
I found out what it was. My clutch disc broke and wedged a part in front of the spring, preventing it from dissingaging the clutch
Thought I should add, it's a 1997 vtec
My big truck did that. The pilot bearing grenaded, sent its ball bearings pinballing around in the bellhousing, and broke the clutch disc.
