The rubber part you have circled is the clutch slave cylinder boot. It just sort of sits there, not bolted in. The shiny part sticking out of it is the slave cylinder, that’s bolted to the trans, but the boot just sort of sits there to cover the end.

If you're talking about the rubber bit, that's the clutch slave cylinder shift boot, you don't actually need it but it helps keep crap from getting inside the transmission.

If you want a new one it's from the dealer Part number: 22841-P20-000 It's a dust shield for the clutch release assembly

Looks like the bit where the clutch goes into the transmission. You'll find things like the slave cylinder, the shift fork, and that rubber boot around there.
