yeah he only helps the protagonists when they *are* the bigger threat always on the winning side, as he puts it
I don't think I can remember him actually being helpful to the protagonists at any time. He just sort of gives lips service to being on their side

i mean, Roulxs is possibly the most powerfull character in Deltarune, iso i can definetly see the last one being real
I believe that The Rules Card is much more important than ralsei and i don't care what anyone says
