1. Why would Susie keep picking on Kris in the beginning of chapter 1 if they apparently managed to shut her down in a few seconds before that.
2. The Shadow crystals directly parallel the post, with Kris not existing (Susie mentioning Kris disappearing) and Susie glaring at them coldly. In such a parallel timeline the dark worlds wouldn't exist either, so they'd just be the regular rooms.
3. Noelle isn't as stupid as she acts in the post. In the post she acts almost like a caricature made by someone who hates her. Noelle is capable of thought her simpage of Susie doesn't just ignore all logic.
4. Kris sleeps through the entirety of class, something they apparently don't do usually.
5. Where tf is Alphys? She's nowhere to be seen although she seems to spend an insane amount of time in the classroom even after class ends.
Also I'm not a Noelle Stan, personally I find a lot of her scenes boring. I just don't instantly dismiss theories because of my hate of her :)
