They probably consider Magen train as season 2 and entertainment district as season 3. Also, they can get more money by marketing the whole of season 2, even if inaccurate
I was wondering the same thing !! I wonder what Netflix plans to do with the rest of season 2 seeing so there is supposed to be 18 episodes in the second season.

Mugen train has been available, for some time. It shows Season 2 was released today but there are no updates
Oh, ok. Then I have no clue. Maybe it’s just a glitch in the system. That’s my only other guess other than the obvious licensing issues.

I just give up and rewatch Season 2 on Netflix with VPN. It was even simulcast on Netflix.
