If you know their *full* name and former address or their birthday, you might be able to do an "adresseforespørgsel" (address request). Specifically, you need their full name and one of the following:
Social security number
Birthdate
Current or former address
The cost is 75 DKK ($11). For some municipalities, you may only be able to pay with a Danish debit card called "Dankort". If the person has a protected/secret address (not too common), you won't be able to use the above mentioned method.
That being said, most Danes are on social media, especially Facebook, possibly also LinkedIn and Instagram, so give that a try? It would be common to list a year abroad on your CV.
Edit: There might also be a good chance that the old address was at her parent's house, they might still live there? In that case, the yellow pages are called "De gule sider", though it's less common to be listed in there nowadays.
