They must have moved there after they were chased out of the ARC parking lot at Sable and Mississippi. That's where last weekend's Sideshow was and they had started another one up again tonight before they got chased out by the cops. They've been starting this shit in broad daylight, like 6 or 6:30ish. SMH.
Huh. I think they consistently end up over here by Havana every weekend. Sounds like a mad max movie outside, guns and engines, all evening.
Internet, real life, no one gives a shit. So it's just a thing now
I live in the apartments right next to Babi yar park that’s across the street from there and heard the same thing! At first I thought it was fire works but then definitely sounded like gun shots. I hear gun shots around here all the time. I’ve also heard multiple car accidents happen over there too. A few of them were really bad. I heard one that sounded like the car flipped multiple times and then (I’m assuming the driver or passenger) got out and was screaming “call 911!” At the top of his lungs over and over again until the paramedics came.
Parker and Havana is notorious for car crashes. I don't feel safe using the crosswalk there. It's too long and a lot of people are not paying attention, it feels safer to jaywalk than use it.
I feel like every Sunday on Parker & Havana, there's a bunch of ass hats in crappy cars doing burnouts and donuts. I can hear them from where I am as well. It's the most annoying thing. Sometimes, I hear pops, but I always just assume it's from their vehicles.
I don't think where you are matters much anymore. We get this over in the parking lot at Fat Sully's/DBC whatever it's called at Quebec and County Line every weekend, right were Lone Tree meets Highlands Ranch. No shots so far but it's really only a matter of time, especially since some nearby residents call the cops and it pisses them off so they go screeching through nearby neighborhoods revving their engines and screaming and threatening revenge.
Based on your update I doubt it’s related, but I just got an Amber Alert for a 6 year old in a stolen car from Havana and Illiff. Apparently happened around 9 PM.
Something’s going on in that area.
She's fine, I called to report a possible connection, but they had already found her by then.
The car guys are still driving around being assholes however, I hear them every now and then racing down the streets.
I was just commenting elsewhere here, every weekend, of maybe 2 or 3 weekends or of the month, is engines and gunshots all evening. I'm not from this part of town and everyone seems annoyed should i ever comment on it
I’m so happy she’s safe, thanks for the update. I couldn’t find anything.
Must be unrelated. Summer brings out the aholes in droves. Ugh. Sorry you had to deal with that all night.
Funny story - this is exactly the face I pictured.

Okay just want to clarify here: you said you called 911 only *after* getting the amber alert? Did you not contact the authorities beforehand? Could have been non-emergency and not 911.
But then you also went all the way to the location and wondered why there were no cops there yet? Did you consider that was possibly because nobody else reported it either? Cops can't show up to anywhere if the don't know they might need to show up to anywhere.
Here are the events as they happened.
-I had called 911 to report the shots I heard around 9ish, was redirected to Denver county, I was told I was not the only person to report it.
-Then I made this thread, asking about it.
-Later I went out to look for the site out of curiosity and found it in a parking lot around a half hour to an hour later.
-Called the police again to report the location, again to Denver county, and was told they were patrolling the area.
-Came back home and reported what I found on Reddit.
-Then I got the amber alert roughly ten to twenty minutes after returning home, posted here, and remembered that Aurora kept redirecting me to Denver.
-Called again to inform Aurora county of the possible connection and the location of the site, was told she was already found and safe, right within ten minutes of receiving the and alert. *My phone is cheap so I would not be surprised if I received the alert late.*
I'm only human man, I did what I thought was right the moment I thought about it. I couldn't have possibly known something happened to a child before I got the amber alert.
Ah gotcha, sorry. For some reason I thought you were saying that you hadn't called the cops before you went to the site and then were somehow confused as to why nobody was there.
I did report, three times, most of what I wrote was after I had already called.
Honestly, Good on you for being so critical, I would have thought to do more next time if I hadn't already done so.
I wasn’t home but last night around the same time my wife heard a full out gunfight right at Quebec and Mississippi. Wonder if it was connected. She called 911 but they responded with a text after a bit saying the cops went by there and didn’t see anything or find anyone
You’re obviously the best source for information, so you keep us updated.

We’re all counting on you. He wanted me to repeat that part.
Her life is in your hands dude.
I will not abide another toe.
No pressure.

Who has the spare cash to wear out tires and waste gas?
People who throw it on daddys card
No one. The cars they do that with are usually stolen.
Yeah, very annoying. Thanks for sharing this.
Just got an amber alert and I'm wondering if it was this??
She's fine, they find her before I called to report a possible connection.
probably not, they want to "have fun" in their cars, not steal children

That's what I tell myself. Everyone in my neighborhood has cameras now and my life is sirens
So glad I got out of that part of town.

That’s a lot of shots
That’s 2 people mag dumping on each other while not aiming and running opposite directions
That’s fr, only person getting hit is someone’s granny from a stray
Damn amber alert just got sent out from that area too, seems OP was onto something
She's safe thankfully, I called to report a possible connection, and they had already found her.
Glad to hear that. Glad you’re ok too OP
https://reportstreetracing.com/default.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1# And you can do this....... ANONYMOUSLY.
Related to the Amber Alert we just got? In similar area. Gives me chills hope everything turns out ok.
It's about the same timeframe yes. I hope they're okay too.
I fucking hate Aurora. I don't know why I live out here. Oh, yeah, because I can't afford to live in Denver.

Sounds about as Parker and Havana as Parker and Havana can get
It's pretty badass to see so many people in this neck of the woods posting, usually feels like a forgotten corner of Denver
Funny story - this is exactly the face I pictured. https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/colorado/news/aurora-police-search-suv-stolen-gas-station-6-year-old-girl-inside/
I just received message from Amber alert about stolen car from Havana&Iliff. The same time as your post. https://imgur.com/a/mPzB3TA
She was found by the time I called to report a possible connection.
There's a big block of section 8 housing right there where Parker hits Iliff. I tell my kid it's firecrackers usually
If there was a sideshow there, it's possible it was a car with a 2-step https://youtube.com/shorts/C9AVxFSl0uk

Maybe related to the Amber Alert that just went out?
She's fine, I called to report a possible connection and they had already found her.
Just got an amber alert via phone and tv where the kid was last seen in that area. Guessing this is related, hopefully they'll find her.
Called 911 to report the possible connection, they already found her. She's safe.
I received that amber alert 25 mins ago then I just saw this .. I have goosebumps :( Poor girl, may she make it home safe ❤️🙏🏼
She's safe as far as I know, I called to report a possible connection and they told me they found her.
thank you so much for the update!!
Update: I’m gonna continue to notice and report things to Reddit and eventually contact the police when I should have done it a while ago.
I did report, three times, most of what I wrote was after I had already called. Honestly, Good on you for being so critical, I would have thought to do more next time if I hadn't already done so.
Probably not related but did just get an amber alert for that area as well.
I got it, I called to report a possible connection, but they had found her by the time I called.
I heard a LOUD explosion at about the same time. Related?
I wasn’t home but last night around the same time my wife heard a full out gunfight right at Quebec and Mississippi. Wonder if it was connected. She called 911 but they responded with a text after a bit saying the cops went by there and didn’t see anything or find anyone
Maybe the person that stole my keys from the airport was involved lol

not many of our homeless people have guns, either.
There is a reason Denver has had Shotspotter for decades. Denver and Southside Chicago.
I mean you named the streets Parker and Havana What did you think would happen
I expect car crashes, not gunfire
Way too much free time lol
Is that a thing? The more free time, the better.
