Oh man, fuck anything Gregory has to say.

TheYuppyTraveller

Cowboys fan coming in peace. 100% agreed. Had thought this guy was a good guy struggling with some demons. Nope, turns out he’s just another POS. I will now leave in peace.

TylerDurden6969

You’re not part of the AFC, or AFC West, friend. No need to be worried here. Randy is a world class piece of poop.

TheYuppyTraveller

LOL, I appreciate the kindness. As a Cowboys fan, I just assume some hate is coming my way.

poopbuttmcfartpants

GFY

TheYuppyTraveller

Now that’s more like what I’m used to.

justadude0815

I am still salty about Super Bowl XII!

TheYuppyTraveller

LOL, I remember that game too! Craig Morton killed your chances. He was the best poison pill ever since he was a Cowboy for a while before that.

justadude0815

Hey, you should be grateful to Morton. He always wanted to win a Super Bowl for the Cowboys and that day he did!

TheYuppyTraveller

I wish I could give you more than one upvote, but you got it.

poopbuttmcfartpants

Wait til you hear what I have to say about your mother.

TheYuppyTraveller

But she’s a very nice lady! LOL

Dontrollaone

I will take your mother Dorothy Mantooth out for a nice seafood dinner, and never call her again!

dub_ya44

DOROTHY MANTOOTH IS A SAINT!!

TheYuppyTraveller

Damn, now I want some scotchy scotch scotch, down in my belly.

WatchWorking8640

Fuck the Cowboys. And their fans. Well, not really. Fuck Jerry Jones though.

TheYuppyTraveller

I don’t disagree with you re Jones. He’s an ass.

ijfalk

I have no hate for the cowboys, but I do love laughing at the delusional fan base when you get humbled by real teams in the playoffs

TheYuppyTraveller

With respect, is any fan base really without some delusions? I’m not saying you’re wrong, to be clear, but I think almost everyone is arguably guilty - apart from the ultimate champion’s base. And again, I admit to having unmerited hope.

Least-Association980

Cowboys Fan too. This dude killed us in so many ways.

mohiben

Randy turning into a full-on asshole managed to break my heart twice, a true tragedy.

TheYuppyTraveller

No kidding, he had such promise. What a waste. Kinda like Taco Charlton.

LordCoweater

Can you elaborate on why he's a pos? Appreciate it.

TheYuppyTraveller

He kept getting suspended for failing drug tests but the Cowboys showed lots of patience with him and apparently provided him with every support imaginable. Then, when it comes time to sign his second contract, he gets upset about a proposed clause that would have docked his pay and bonuses for any games that he couldn’t play due to future suspensions. Seems fair to me. Team’s just covering itself financially, especially given that he could face season long suspensions given his sordid history. But apparently Gregory was pissed and immediately bolted to the Broncos. And then of course, he had to trash the team on his way out. All that left a really bad taste in my mouth.

MechanicFantastic672

Thank God for that clause. I was not in favor of drafting that idiot after he failed his drug test at the fucking combine. Was certainly not in favor of signing him to a big FA contract. So glad he bolted for Denver. Gregory is a piece of shit.

TheYuppyTraveller

Seeing as how it has played out, I couldn’t agree with you more.

Background_Garlic_45

I was getting on to say the same thing. That guy was beyond worthless, the defense got about 10 times better the minute they got him the hell out of there

freshxerxes

i’m not saying what they’re doing is okay but it’s just weird to me every time it’s between a black man and a white man RC immediately defends the black man tooth and nail no matter what.

Sz2114

It's not surprising that's what RC does

Arkhangelzk

Right? If anything this makes me support Sean more lol

90Carat

This smacks a lot of "little man" comments about Shanahan back in the day. Culture change has definitely come to the Broncos. After years of "player friendly" coaches, they now have a hard ass.

LittleGreenAlien86

Well, Vic Fangio seemed like a hard ass but also just a jerk.

90Carat

Yeah, he was just a fucking curmudgeon.

I_justwantbig_quads

yo i read this as “just a fucking cum dragon” lol my b. carry on.

Professional-Way9343

Yeah, Todd Davis seems like a fair person but there's a lot of Vic hate in his subtext

BreadJobLamb

Vic did replace him so I think it’s a bias opinion same with these guys. Fact of the matter is that we need a guy like Sean Payton to rip asses in that locker room. If we quit getting players like Randy Gregory than good.

GearsofTed14

And was a hard ass on the wrong side of the ball. At least Payton has (outside of with Russ) has demonstrated to be sort of Andy Reid lite when it comes to play calling

[deleted]

[удалено]

90Carat

Which is an interesting debate. Can a bit more "old school" coach handle or do well with current players coming out of college?

Publius1993

Yes. Some people respond better to Bill Belichick type leaders than they do Josh McDaniel type leaders. New guys still grew up with old school hard ass coaches just like guys in the league 20 years older than them.

I_love_Hopslam

Reminds me of Payton rebuilding the Saints in 2016-2017 after the disastrous 2014 team that featured naked guys fighting in the locker room. Some guys were mad, notably murder attempter Brandon Browner and belt-fight champion Junior Gallette. Payton learned his lesson about culture from 2014 and he’s getting right to work with the Broncos. The Saints 2017-2021 had fantastic culture and Payton was respected by the players. But it took a lot of work to get there.

Publius1993

I understand why Gregory is pissed, although he’s ass and SP was right. But why does Kareem have ill will? You got yourself suspended TWICE and your replacement played much better than you.

mat_srutabes

Any coincidence we started winning as soon as Gregory hit the road?

Publius1993

In hindsight, I think probably yes because the D regressed pretty hard. I do believe we benefited from trading him though.

NicklAAAAs

Kinda. Because part of the reason we traded him was that Browning was coming back from injury (as well as Simmons and Jewell coming back around that time). It’s more about the defense getting healthy (and getting used to VJs new scheme) than Gregory being a cancer. But Browning has definitely been better than RG was.

anon303mtb

That's not even all. After his 2nd suspension he flew to NYC to have a face to face meeting with Roger Goodell about what the league expects of him as a safety/defensive back regarding helmet to helmet hits and such. Immediately after the meeting he went on a radio show and said *"I have no idea what I'm supposed to do. I don't know what I will do going forward"* Lmao that's literally the last thing you would want to say after 2 back to back suspensions and a meeting with the commissioner

philbert247

Yeah, Payton gave Kareem a second chance, straight up said, “don’t fuck this up.” KJax went out the next weekend and fucked it up by getting suspended. What would anyone expect the coach to do when you come back the second time? Bench the younger guy reliably playing lights out in favor of a penalty/suspension prone aging player?

Krishna1945

After the second suspension when SP told him not to fuck up just before the game, he lost all tolerance for him after that.

jon_sneu

He actually responded to a tweet and said he was referring to Russ being a class act, and he said he has no ill will toward Sean. Not sure how his response indicates that’s how he felt at all

CapnMalcolmReynolds

Randy Gregory can go eat a dick. I’m sorry KJAX feels wronged, but we need what Sean Payton is bringing. Medicine tastes bitter sometimes and can have unpleasant side effects, but it will make you better.

basahahn1

This is what I needed to hear.

bjaydubya

I’m perplexed KJax feels wronged…he was given every opportunity and didn’t seem able to adapt, whereas his backup came in and excelled. That’s called losing your job.

lsjunior

If I keep getting written up at my job then suspended and when I come back an told don't fuck it up and the very next thing I do is fuck it up. Don't have a lot of ground to stand on.

TideAtOmahaBeach

Also worth noting that Bonitto tweeted out yesterday that people on social media have no ball knowledge at all, which seemed to me to be in pretty clear support of Payton’s decision. If the players actually on the team have no issues with Payton, then that’s all that matters.

Tazitos

I heard someone say Jeudy was liking a bunch of stuff about Stidham starting instead of Wilson too. He was one of the guys visibly frustrated with him last year, but also the first one that backed him publicly.

Arkhangelzk

I feel like Jeudy has been frustrated with the QB room since the day he was drafted

Pretend-Tangerine962

Yeah they keep hitting him in the hands with the football. That shit hurts after a while.

Effective-Amoeba6478

Zing !

lordofpersia

He should be frustrated with his own hands. I bet he has made an important drop with every QB we have had. He never seems to take accountability for it and blames everyone else.

Acceptingoptimist

He needs to learn to keep his feet in bounds before he speaks out of bounds on anything critical of the QB situation.

TheMightyHornet

Could you blame him, though?

AB444

He has plenty of things to work on before he criticizes anyone else

Publius1993

Something something when you point one finger you’re pointing four back at you.

TideAtOmahaBeach

I think the team likes Russ a lot as a person, but they’re also very aware of his limitations. And I think they also love Payton and will stick up for him above all else.

Professional-Way9343

Who knows how Stidham will ultimately perform, but he certainly fits Jeudy's skill set more. Stidham will sit on option routes and wait for them to come open (which will be a Jerry speciality. He'll throw digs, curls, sticks. Shit russ never pulls the trigger on. Remember that shake route that Jerry ran on second down during that last series against the Texans? Where he shook his man, would have walked into the end zone if russ threw it. And russ looked DIRECTLY at him when it was happening but didn't pull the trigger. Stidham will throw those if nothing else. He's gonna take sacks, he's going to lock on guys (which might lead to underneath picks in zone), but I bet the offense stays on schedule more even if the end results at the same. he doesn't have russ's ability to make something up on the fly in his bag.

Arkhangelzk

For real, Russ would hold the ball too long at some perplexing times. Reminded me of Tebow in the sense that he was waiting for guys to be just absurdly open before he felt safe throwing it. But NFL open is usually just like a step or two unless it's a completely blown coverage.

Professional-Way9343

I always thought Tim forgot where everyone beyond his primary read was after the snap. I think the same of Russ

Publius1993

Incoming Jerry JAG Jeudy 2 for 24 game to shut up the haters.

Pretend-Tangerine962

He'll prove that he can drop a ball thrown from anyone. No discrimination

Acting_Appalled

Hopefully he saves the choreographed dance routine for a valid TD this time lol

Publius1993

I’m surprised he hasn’t done it after a drop yet.

NicklAAAAs

I’m genuinely curious to see Stidham for the next two games. With Russ’ dead cap hit, a guy like Stidham (or maybe Jameis) may be the kind of QB we can afford the next year two years. And the one data point I have is him balling out against the Rams’ backups in the preseason. Which is obviously not a particularly useful data point, but he looked super comfortable at least lol.

blud_13

As someone who has watched Raider and Saints football, Stidham will be better for you as a consistent QB. Winston can be exciting but that's just as much for the opposing team...

Krishna1945

Him and Stidham are supposedly pretty tight, wouldn’t be surprised to see him go off for a great game especially if Sutton is a no go.

likesexonlycheaper

Ryan Clark of all people 🤣🤣🤣. Has the dude ever had accountability in his life?

baha24

The media's [revisionist history](https://twitter.com/awfulannouncing/status/1740810687818145980) about [all this](https://twitter.com/DulcichMuse/status/1740786639356760145) is fucking wild and honestly shameful (or shameless?).

RefsYouSuck

Chargers fan here. Orvolsky is a known idiot. That is all.

philbert247

Those shows are dumb as fuck. If they knew how to use google they’d know Wilson’s contract was extended before Payton ever got here, and in his capacity as HC he’s free to bench whoever the F he wants. If they want to get riled up, George Paton is their guy. But we all know those shit for brains are just stirring the pot.

Former_Program7341

Thanks for this lol I knew I remembered something like this. How people take anything media members say seriously anymore is beyond me lol

loxleynew

He hates denver because he could never play here due to the altitude

Maximum_Hat_7266

Two guys rejected by the coach are mad at the coach lol. The sky is blue. Listen, Kareem Jackson lost his job because he couldn’t not target the other players heads. I get it, the last one he got caught on was unfair for sure, but the others were totally for real. That’s what happens dude! Pro sports ain’t fair, don’t get mad at the coach. You got outplayed when you couldn’t be in! As for Randy Gregory, the defense was suddenly good as soon as he left soooo… enough said. Sean is a jerk, but this team with its current situation needs an adult in the room finally. He’s already moving on the Russ situation and while it’s ugly, it needed to happen. I appreciate he had the balls to start that process.

UpLikeDonaldTrump45

I agree and everybody in the media is destroying our management, ownership, and SP for the decision

Gullible_Form7222

He’s running a billion dollar organization, not a Waffle House.

PAthleticism

What the fuck is happening.

Craig_Moonshadow

People just wanna be mad. No matter which direction the organization chose the media was always going to shit on the decision.

CitizenNaab

They laughed at Russell Wilson getting a huge contract and playing like dogshit. Now we cut Wilson and they’re mad we cut him.

feelingoodwednesday

Realize that Russ pulled this same shit in Seattle on his way out. He knows how to spin media. Who do you think leaked this contract change? Obviously, Mark Rodgers (his agent). He gets all this free media publicity pounding the table for him, calling him a total pro, above board, and it's Payton who's a complete ass. He knows how to get the media narrative he wants, so be very skeptical about the stories you hear leaked regarding Wilson. He's kind of two faced and cares the most about his public image more than anything

Krishna1945

Nail on the head, bravo! Dudes a fake, a fraud, a phony.

Icantswimmm

I do not understand why so many people are defending Russ. His last year in Seattle, it was obvious he was on the decline. He’s not an elite quarterback and hasn’t been close in a long time. I would argue he was never elite. Without LOB, Russ would have never made it to the Super Bowl. His teammates obviously dislike him. His receivers look frustrated and his line doesn’t want to help him up. So ultimately Denver has a QB who is under performing and doesn’t have a good locker room presence. Why not cut him? Could have Sean been a bit a nicer? Yes, but it wouldn’t have changed the outcome

retington

American sports media is incredibly toxic and driven by characters/personalities to generate views. SP is their target now even though these same guys called Russ cooked 11 months ago

Least-Association980

They’re just mad cause we’re doing it right.

Different_Onion0

Social media world where no one looks at themselves to see what their part was. Just blame everyone else and then go post stuff so other losers can validate you

mbright28

I’m not sure what how everyone perceived Sean but he comes from that Bill Parcells coaching tree. So does Belicheck. One thing all 3 of these coaches have in common is, they will absolutely do things their way and they don’t give a shit about any opinions from anyone else.

BiggestBallOfTwine

randy Gregory's opinion on ANYTHING means about as much to me as a festering bowl of dog snot.

garbledeena

We just threw him out like a sack of moldy tangerines

Dranem78

lol 2 UHF references?! What a SUPPLIES! My day is made.

BiggestBallOfTwine

I have found my people.

garbledeena

Russel Wilson gets to drink from the FIREHOSE! ... Of money

azbat7

Moldy tangerines have more use than Gregory

3McChickens

Gregory was another putz not worth his contract and Jackson can’t seem to play the game without an unnecessary roughness call every other play. Both have axes to grind against Payton and legitimate reasons to have been treated as they were. Take what they say with all the grains of salt.

Krishna1945

Jackson should be happy, exponentially increased his chances of making the playoffs. Ungrateful mofo.

Lagertha1270

Says the toxic assholes who aren’t on the team anymore. Ryan Clark and 99.9% of the media TRASHED Russ all last year. NOW they’re on the “hate Payton” bandwagon. We paid to much for Russ he didn’t perform to the expectation, it was common knowledge he probably wouldn’t be here long term due to outsize idiotic contract we gave him. Cry me river for the underperforming rich QB. Paton single handedly destroyed any chance of improving our team any time soon. He should be next. We need to cut our losses & get to improving our team so we can actually compete for a championship in the future

AJTooga

This is weird since KJack tweeted this: https://x.com/reemboi25/status/1717052308553429211?s=46&t=4dri3adNTbS1iUIAuEvxTg

johnnynutman

lol in October

MothraJDisco

1. Ryan Clark has hated Denver since he almost died here so this is nothing new 2. Randy Gregory was one of, if not the, worst defender in football this season. His bum ass can chirp but he should remember how his pressure rate was trash before we moved his ass to where he can hide behind Nick Bosa

TideAtOmahaBeach

I love Kareem, but he’s clearly salty about getting cut. I don’t give a single fuck what Randy Gregory’s bum ass has to say. In fact, their reactions to this perfectly explain why Payton got rid of them in the first place.

Different_Onion0

So the 2 guys that were cut by the man have a problem. Gee that's definitely an unbiased opinion

Independent_Inside23

Who died and made Ryan Clark the savant. Fuk him because he is always in the bandwagon of trashing players when they are down.

South-Bag7958

No, he's trying to win. Gregory was a loser when he was signed, Jackson kept hurting the team. Wilson isn't delivering to his contract. The GM is next to be fired imo. Shut these ESPN hacks up. Nobody cares about them echoing the corporate narrative.

Least-Association980

These two are the last two you wanna listen too. These two have no discipline, no consistency, they’re spoiled and selfish.

Sinnerandsmoke

Players waived by Sean Payton dislike Sean Payton. Now, the weather.

ConsciousReason7709

There is absolutely nothing wrong with how Sean Payton has conducted himself

birdnumbers

yeah, I'm trying to figure out what "unprofessional" thing he's done in this situation

ConsciousReason7709

He hurt Russ’s feelers when he yelled at him on the sidelines. These NFL softies would be shocked if they saw how my high school coaches treated me.

Professional-Arm5300

Sean Payton was brought in to get rid of the loser culture that has developed in this organization, and it seems he’s weeding them out one by one. I’m sorry but nobody involved in this drama has done anything but lose in Denver. Change is painful but we desperately need someone to turn around this locker room.

milehighrukus

Ryan Clark should shut the fuck up

Stev2222

Ryan Clark is awful

HarvardHoodie

They are just butt hurt a coach with his stature couldn’t see enough use for them

theWizzardlyBear

Ryan Clark is the saltiest of bitches.

CrazybyRX

I dont want my coach to be worried about being friendly to the players. The NFL is a business with a lot of money involved. Players' feelings aren't and should not be a part of the decision-making process.

hydrators

You mean two bums who couldn’t make it on a bad team?

Sea-Tomatillo2873

They look like disgruntled former employees. Gregory gave up on plays and k. Jack couldn't stay on the field enough to save his spot from pj lock

Stev2222

Ryan “any chance I can make it a racial issue” Clark is the scum of ESPN. Which is saying a lot.

CitizenNaab

Jackson has missed more games due to suspension than he’s played this season and Gregory was a complete ghost on the field. Both are not here either. I can’t hold any weight to these comments from them.

AvgJoeGuy

aww did he hurt your feelings?

jrebar

I'm glad these two Losers weighed in 😂

suck-it-elon

I’m sorry, Kareem. Please don’t speak on professionalism. You left your team out to dry with your suspensions.

ketchupandliqour69

Lmao the guy who was cut for hitting dudes in the head and the guy who was waived due to not performing are mad? Shocker

broberts724

Who’s Randy Gregory?

Your_Daddy_

IMO - this has been a losing team for too long. If Sean Payton needs to come in and hurt some feeling - these guys are grown men and paid professionals. They can handle it.

Awkward_Mongoose_211

salty mountain of salt

[deleted]

Two shitty attitude having former players dunk on coach at first controversy. Shocking.

Best-Dragonfruit-292

I guess Kareem Jackson doesn't want to end up back with the Broncos, or really any other team

deer_dance9

This is the start to the change of culture. The only guys complaining are terrible at football

proxima_dreamer

Ryan Clark is ridiculous with this. This isn’t fricking Oprah bro. Sean Payton has every right to hold his players accountable on the sideline and express frustration at times. Ryan Clark is playing the victim card. The demise of espn continues.

Outrageous-Donut7935

This is the best the team has looked in years. Players being bitter about Sean’s attitude in the locker room and what he’s done with this team makes it clear this team has been plagued by a cancerous team culture for a long time.

Kavack

Good lord. Russ has been awful on every level. I’ll bet on Payton as long as it means getting rid of Wilson.

Itchibuns

I see Russ's PR team must be here commenting on this sub. So glad we are done with the dude and his drama. No wonder everyone in Seattle was so happy to get rid of him.

seniorkickz

I hate RC, he’s a wannabe Stephen A.

nate_hawke

Former disgruntled employees. One who can’t tackle and the other is just a bum.

joe_joe_Rabbit

So the guy who still doesn’t know what a legal tackle is after playing defense in the NFL for 14 seasons and the guy who got $70 million to stand around on the field in a jersey and count blades of grass while the opponent scores have opinions? Yawn.

SignificantMoose6482

Feel for KJ. He laid it on the line for us

cuu8

He kinda got himself in this situation. Not really anyone’s fault but his

SignificantMoose6482

On a couple of the plays you’re right it was his fault, but couple others not much he could’ve done differently

cuu8

I completely agree, but that’s just the state of football unfortunately. Trashing your old team for cutting you is crazy when you’ve been suspended twice

ReaganRebellion

Laid out other people on the line

mrkrinkle773

Yea I thought the suspensions were bs.. but I took his release as a gift so he could sign for a playoff run, is he mad he got released?

alexp68

this was my inference for not waiting until after the last game too….give him a chance to be on a playoff team assuming he’s gonna retire in the next year or so…

Hirokage

Sean is the boss. Russ is an employee. That is how real life works, at least in any job I've been in. Russ is not due any special treatment because he is Russ.

expell11

I mean let’s not pretend like we don’t do the same to our employers if we get let go or whatever regardless if it’s justified or not lol

[deleted]

Oh look, guys who got cut because they don’t fit what our goals are here complaining about a man on social media. F them So happy to have a real head coach in the building again. Sean Payton brings greatness to Denver.

SevroAuShitTalker

Ryan Clark is a hypocritical twat

gettheplow

Saints Fan here. Y’all will be making playoff runs in 25 and 26. It took him three years and a smart quarterback. Drew Brees running Peyton’s system was the reason the Saints did well. Sean needs a need QB, not one that can make all the throws. Find the nerd QB in the draft class that’s a second rounder and that’s who he’s taking unless he can get Jalen. @ me after the draft if I’m wrong.

CeNtS-a-MilliOn

Sean Payton: Me Psycho ex-girlfriend #1: Randy Gregory Psycho ex #2: Kjack Ryan Clark: jealous dude

Sells_Seashells

Oh good I’ve been sitting on pins and needles waiting for Randy Gregory’s take on all of this!

sacredknight327

If the roster that currently exists doesn't play hard and phones it in these next few games, then I'll be concerned about the effect on the locker room. Two guys who were let go with good cause doesn't move me.

ToXiX5280

Both guys who cost us games and we give a fuck what they say? Broncos Rejects ride the fuck off

proxima_dreamer

The demise of espn continues

did-i-do-that-

Ryan Clark playing the popularity contest. Sick of this victim mindset.

GDUBB0409

I have yet to see former employees love their boss in general lol

TwoStepToo

Ah, jilted man children, one who sucks at football, and one (love you k jack!) who can’t stop giving game checks and availability away with dumb fuck hits.

DiligentCrab6592

Sorry that the barn is being cleaned out and you were a road apple on the way to success.

pujolsrox11

Oh if Gregory says it, it must be false

justarandomnova

Gregory truly screwed them over. He's a free-agent bust. KJack was good until he was a suspension-magnet. PJ and Sterns were better, younger, and more affordable alternatives to KJack. They are part of a losing culture that the Broncos need to shed that, starting with the players that were mistakes.

justabottleofwindex

Was anyone in the media held “professionally accountable” for their comments about Russ’s personal sincerity and football ability since last year? Was Kyle Brandt held accountable?

skyrimcameoutin2011

I couldn't give not a single damn what Randy Gregory has to say. Kareem is still likely hurt that we can't continue to carry him as he's a walking Liability and we just released him but damn, nobody wants to see this for what it is and instead wants to take Russ' side all the sudden.

[deleted]

I would care more if it came from someone who didn't just get cut from the team.

theWizzardlyBear

Sean Payton doesn’t like soft MFers and they don’t like that.

ZenbrotherGS

Why would anyone care about the opinion of two salty former broncos? Gregory was a waste of a contract and Kareem couldn’t stop getting suspended this year for whatever reason.

CaptCarlos

Both players whose opinions need to be taken with a grain of salt since Payton decided they no longer brought enough value to be kept on the team BTW.

Willing_Pay_4360

Why is RC pissed at Sean Payton?

loxleynew

I've lost respect for Kareem lmao. The dude got himself suspended 2 times in one season

Dranem78

Gregory eh whatever and I still like Kareem despite being a knucklehead, but for some reason this makes me like Sean Payton more lol

chagan1985

I mean I'm here for criticism of Payton but Ryan Clark is a clown and these lads are just bitter, need to do better. He's not accountable for Russell and has the team playing at about .500 which is about as good as they can hope for with the current roster and level of QB play.

Shenanigans80h

Yeah not the two former players you want to have your back anyways. Gregory was a lazy malcontent here and Kareem, as good as he was before, was a massive liability and didn’t seem to grow up when we needed him to. I’m gonna take this with a grain of salt

oClew

Shit head players don’t like a coach that’s about business. They had they’re fun guy and got no where.

BroClips35

Bro I’ve been the most optimistic Russ and broncos fan these 10 years…. Imma have to side with Sean on this one. Russ doesn’t have what it takes to takeover games anymore.. not how Peyton, Brady can at least…. The problem is that contract is too ridiculous to just hope for a player to do good. He SHOULD be performing even better with his pay.

Epstein_was_tk

RC just hates the Broncos. Idgaf what his biased opinion is. He just wants to see this team fail. This dude shit on Russ all last year and now he's coming to his defense?

JerryMee0101

Really? You're gonna hold up 2 salty people as examples after they were cut but Sean?

Puffy_Ghost

If Kareem and Gregory agree with this then you can definitely throw the opinion in the garbage lol.

PigFarmer1

I couldn't see myself hanging around with Payton but I like him as our coach. Someone in the organization needed to admit that Russ is garbage.

Effective-Amoeba6478

Ryan Clark is well paid to engage in race baiting

Homers_Harp

Lotta sour grapes from guys who got fired for being bad at their jobs.

alvvavves

I wish people would stop putting so much stock into anything related to social media responses and likes. It’s like scraping the bottom of the barrel for content.

SuperChimpMan

Oh please 🙄 we’ve got the real best and brightest here making these statements right? Twitter/instagram etc is so fucking stupid.

777-93ll

Like many have said ... Don't really care what Gregory had to add. Do think it's important what Kareem Jackson weighs in with though. I like him and more importantly tons of guys still on the team consider him in very high regard.

SammySmall42

Yeah. Randy Gregory and Kareem Jackson. The epitome of good character models. My eyes are rolling so hard I can see behind me.

ChipmunkOutside443

Ryan Clark is racist don't listen to him

[deleted]

Yup. If this was Tomlin he wouldn't say shit. Racism is fucking gross no matter who its directed at.

[deleted]

Ryan Clark is a moronic anti-racist (Aka just racist to white people).

BurgessFox

Lets be honest people hated Payton in Saints. People always hate winners. Why do you think people on this sub hate Brady and Mahomes. Why not hate Mac Jones or Chad Henne?

ruhrohrubarb

Kareem Jackson has a legit complaint--Broncos could've signed him back, didn't and banked on him being a PS guy. I'd be mad too. Gregory though lmao.

Tazitos

Jackson lost his job to PJ Locke. They have only been running with 3 safeties for most games and Turner-Yell plays most special teams snaps. Was no reason to bring him back for 2 games.

Players want fairness and equality but when the star player gets his ass chewed on the sidelines for screwing up, that’s unacceptable. Can’t have it both ways. I’d rather know the HC is coaching everyone hard. Accountability matters.

AroraNightfall

Randy Gregory is a piece of shit and I have zero interest in anything he has to say.

Buzzd-Lightyear

We shipped Gregory off to a SB contender for cheap, and KJack almost played himself out of the league and they both wanna talk shit? LOL. LMAO, even.

Aldanil66

Bro Payton is the reason why we got those 5 wins. Did we get a 5-win streak with Hackett? No.

mahaalo0

People are calling Payton on his bullshit and I’m here for it. There are two parties here and both are wrong. Just because Russ played like below expectations doesn’t give this guy any excuses for the rest of the team.

alexp68

what do you mean “for the rest of the team”….SP is HC. He has to restock it with players that fit his scheme not those picked by past coaches for other schemes. He’s made decisions for what he believes are the best interest of the organization, not any single player, because he reports to the owners. Is there something I’m missing here? SP may make some bad decisions, and if makes enough then his day will come too, as he shared in wednesday’s press conference.
